Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa South - Woodland Hills, an IHG Hotel

The room was the best room I have booked in a long time!! It smelled clean & fresh from the moment I walked in. Every interaction with staff has been super nice and welcoming. The amenities in the room were perfect for or stay (toiletries , MICROWAVE, excellent sized fridge , comfy comfy comfy large bed, room space & great TV channels). I will be pl booking this hotel from now on!!

I wish the breakfast was a little better (the gravy for the biscuits was a little suspicious in the taste ) but they still had plenty on other options to choose use from

Breakfast was great! Loved the big bath tub.

The pool wasn’t open, but it was pretty cold outside still.

Bed was comfortable and liked the shades - had both sheer and heavy option on the window. Had some trouble finding our reservation at check in bcuz my name was incorrectly entered in the system, but the front desk receptionist was kind & very patient while figuring everything out. Also appreciated late check out.

We had a handicap accessible room, so sink was in same area as shower. I like when they are separate so more people can get ready at the same time. Not sure how the regular rooms are set up, but I understand the necessity of and can appreciate this feature for the room we were given.

Very nice room and amenities. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was plentiful and good for the first few days and then it got less and less. Very clean hotel, rooms, main areas, breakfast area. Mattress was definitely indented from use, would prefer something firmer. There was a problem with my TV, but maintenance was on top of immediate repairs. Front desk personnel were great, friendly and helpful. Location is right next to a mall and a plethora of restaurants. Will stay again.

I arrived at 2:15 and asked if I could check in early to which the answer was “No, rooms won’t be available until 3”. I said that’s fine I’ll wait here. me and my family sat in the lobby empty lobby. closer to 3 o’clock (2:45 to be exact) other families started coming in and forming a line she started checking people into rooms when it was obvious that we were waiting. It would have been nice if she would have called me up to the desk if she knew rooms were ready. after all, was only sitting about 20-25 feet from the front desk. also, room was lacking plastic shower caps and dirty laundry bag.

Hotel is near restaurants and businesses including a mall right across the road. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was relatively quiet. Easy access to main thoroughfares and to the highway.

The only complaint I would have was children running in the hallway and being loud, but that is to be expected when traveling. The pool was closed when I arrived, but that really didn't affect my stay.

Breakfast was pretty good- definitely great variety. The room was clean and the bathroom was very well lit.

The chair in the room was not comfortable and seemed like it either was broken or shoved back in the corner too much to be sat in correctly (but it had to be for space). This is more of a chain wide thing, but the colors are style felt like a teenage boy’s bedroom. Obviously doesn’t effect my stay too much but it feels cheaper.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. It was clean and felt safe for me, a solo female traveler. It was in a great location for shopping, eating, and getting on the highway.

Room had a funny smell, coffee maker didn't work, and they didn't fix it after I asked about it. There was no remote for the TV and I had to go to the front desk to get one. The ice machine was very far from the room. Bed wasn't that comfortable, but not horrible.

Loved the property clean as every Holiday Express

I was given a room with no A/C upon arrival. We were tired after hours of driving and had to wait for another room at 1am. While moving into the next room I was accused by an employee of trying to keep 2 rooms as my husband was trying to move out of the first room.
