Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Tulsa South, an IHG Hotel

Our room layout was perfect for the weekend in Tulsa. The king bed/pillows were very comfortable, a/c was cold, hot water was perfect in the shower, kitchenette was very useful, location was great for all the activities we had planned, the hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very quiet during our stay.

Room had a odd smell to it but it was not overwhelming. Could have used a good cleaning. Also the shower curtain needed to be longer...it touched the top of the tub so water would get everywhere. The deposit charge that could take days to be reimbursed

the value was terrific the location was great not a lot of traffic

we needed some more towels so we all could take a shower I stepped out into the hall and I seen a housekeeper in the room next to us and I seen her cart and I asked for some more towels and I can only assume that it was her supervisor that came down the hall and said “we don’t have any towel” as I was looking at 2 carts full of them then she said I had to get them from downstairs

It was a very pleasant stay. The room was very nice and clean. The staff were great at check in and at check out. If I was to come back to Tulsa I would for sure stay again.

The only thing that I did not like was that the pool was under construction so therefore it was closed. When I made my reservation, I was not informed that the pool was under construction and would not be open which was such a bummer since it was 100 degrees outside.

Motel was great

I payed extra for breakfast on line when I got there they told me in front of patrons I need a ticket to eat breakfast do you no how belittling that is .I will call corporate on this matter. I have been all over the us and stayed in several of your branches for months at a time. I will not payed to stay in your hotels again.i will get up an go have dinnies .so thank you for the worst valentine weekend of my life that you

Great location.

The headboard was dusty and molly. So, I liked it down with the Clorox wipes. The walls were dirty and the area between the bed and the nightstand had not been vacuumed. The ice machine on my floor is out of order and the pool was out of service.

The Hotel staff was very polite and welcoming. Definitely gonna come back to this location again in the future.

The only thing I was bummed about was that the breakfast wasn't included.. but will not affect my choice of coming back. The atmoshpere was quite nice and pleasant.

No Carts available to take my stuff in my room People should not keep Carts in their room They should return to main Lobby after use Othe hotel should charge them to not return the cart after use Put small scanner on each carts so you can locate which room cart is in. Easy way to find location of the cart and charge who has the room at that time.

Great service. Nite desk guy awesome very helpful. Cook was awesome. Usa bmx Race of champions and Grands see u next year. Room was spacious .

Room was on 3rd floor. Only thing I could complain about. Good job

The staff was exceptional (Ryan and Cliff) at making our stay comfortable and trouble free.

Like everywhere and every business, short staff i an issue. But those there were more than happy to accommodate. It was a pleasure and breath of fresh air.

We enjoyed our stay. We liked the layout of our room. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was great.

The only complaint would be the pool was cold. We would have liked for it to be heated. Or have a hot tub, which they did not.
