The staff was very nice it was very pretty on the inside spacious rooms. I got a queen suite, but it was bigger than I expected. Breakfast was good. The meat could've been cooked a little longer, but when we popped it in the microwave, you didn't know the difference. I think the female staff worker was Sabrina she was great, talkative, and very sweet. The guy overnight, I communicate with him only once and we was about to pay $4 for a bag of chips at 5 something and he said I will be cooking breakfast in a hour and a half. Overall, I had a blast!!!!

The shower in my room was a bit nasty, and it looked like it had mildew in the shower. Water was leaking onto the floor outside of the shower, so we didn't use it.

The room the room was exceptional very nice.

Brittany has horrible customer service she does not speak to anyone as they walk in does not give any type of eye contact and doesn't look happy. Now the guy that works nights didn't catch his name oh my goodness he spoke to everyone that came through the walkway past the front desk we were like wow someone finally spoke to us.

Staff was courteous and very helpful when needing assistance in regards to my stay.

I have stayed at this location numerous of times and to find out the shuttle service to the casino is no longer available I something that was a big curve to my stay. Not to mention with all the construction going on in the area the shuttle service was a major convenience for casino commuters.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and our room was perfect-except for a broken shower head. Not the end of the world, just had to hold the shower head with one hand since it had no place to hang from the wall. I also think the closet could have used a higher clothes rod-very confusing situation, but it didn’t really bother us!

Just the shower head being fixed, and of course the construction was horrific but that’s only temporary of course.

it was right next to the casino we had our date night at. it was super clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and pleasant. the beds are the comfiest we’ve had at any hotel.

the road it was on and all the construction. Not the hotels fault at all but the construction did make getting to the hotel difficult.

I loved how cold the room was and the beds were comfortable. It was very peaceful in my room.

When we got there we had to wait for a room to be cleaned but the front desk clerk assigned us another room instead.

Location of the property is great. The casino (which is why we go) is very close as well as a few fast food places nearby.

There were a lot of empty beer cans and bottles all over the grassy part of the facility in the back entrance. Lots of other trash scattered throughout the grass.

We arrived really late at night. Presently there is construction, right in front of the hotel; this makes it difficult to reach since the street was closed. This type of information would have been helpful to reach the location.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and fresh food variety.

When arriving no signage to very you were in the correct location.

Super modern clean hotel. The place has a lot of really neat features that you dont see at hotels in this price range. Room was very clean and had plenty of room. Staff was friendly. Really nice outdoor area in the back. We would stay here again!

Not the hotels fault but the service road that you have to take to the hotel is pretty rough. Lots of road construction going on during our stay that will hopefully make a better access to the hotel.
