The spa in the room and the breakfast every morning.

The pool and spa in the pool area had a lot of bugs, hair and different floaties in there but that was understandable because all the windows have to be open because it'll get too hot in there maybe. The bathroom vent didn't work and the toilet handle was very loss in our room. The 3 lamps in the room was ok but a big light would have been great in there. We really wish the gym was ready on our stay. Maybe next time

It’s new and it seems new. I got the room with the jacuzzi tub and I was NOT disappointed by it. I really wanted to relax and it definitely made visiting my parents feel more like vacation. Breakfast is always decent - plenty of hot food to choose from. Fairly quiet with decent sound proofing.

The hotel was clean but the pool was VERY dirty. It’s a nice indoor pool and hot tub but it was kind of disgusting. also my neighbors were smoking so much pot that it was choking me in the next room. I normally wouldn’t mind but it was really messing up the ambiance, think of your neighbors, neighbors! The beds were also terrible, they were so hard we asked for something to pad mattress and they were given a thicker comforter which did help a bit.

Room was clean, staff very friendly. Front desk person was phenomenal. Breakfast was a great variety and well tended to. Coffee bar was great!

Currently renovating... good thing because my room had several large weak spots in the flooring, bathroom tiles falling apart, sink slow to drain. Elevator definitely needs service!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly

The bed was very uncomfortable and there was only a desk chair and one worn out and uncomfortable lounge chair in the room. Nowhere for two people to sit and have a place to put a drink or play a game of chess. all the furniture was old, scuffed and very little artwork. It was more like a cheap Motel 6 or something of that level.

Loved the popcorn in the afternoons. Breakfast had lots of choices! The shower was nice and had good pressure.

when we checked into our room there nail cluppings on the carpet under the desk. The room refrigerator was very noisyThe bathroom could have brighter lighting

The breakfast was nothing special but I have no complaints. I loved the roominess of the suite we were in. There was construction going on and a little hard to get out the parking lot onto the main road but that is no Holiday Inns fault.

Customer service. The breakfast was okay nothing special. The only complaint I have was the lady that waited on us when we checked in. I asked for early check in and she said we could not because the room was not clean. That I understood but she was very rude. I also overheard her with another customer who said he booked a room with 2 double beds and she said there was nothing she could do because they were full but it wasn't the fact that you were full it was the way she treated the customer. No empathy, very short and is not a good customer service representative for your business. She needs learn customer service skills. She did not care if she pleased the customer at all. There was a male that came up and checked the AC for us and he was very pleasant.

Everything was great

It's not the hotels fault but it was a little difficult to get in because of construction on the service road. Also the house keeping needs to look in the cabinets more often. I found a phone charger, make up, half a roll of toilet paper and half a bag of Doritos all in one cabinet.

After riding a motorcycle all day in heat. The air conditioner in the room was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel and the front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hot breakfast was a big plus instead of the cold bagged one we had on a trip a few weeks prior.

No fault of the hotel, but all the road construction made it so inconvenient in the entire area.
