The staff during breakfast was phenomenal! The manager, Brenda, was so friendly and cheery as soon as we walked in and asked us how our stay was and invited us in for breakfast. Then the ladies working the breakfast area were kind and inviting as well! The breakfast bar was fantastic, they had the usual hotel breakfast but also offered warm tortillas to be able to make a breakfast burrito. Their food was delicious as well

It didn’t seem like the cleanest. My son moved the footrest for the chair in front of the tv to play with his toys on it and we noticed there were old fries under it and when my son took his shoes off to play, we noticed how dirty his socks got from walking on the carpet. The shower also had some dirt stains.

Excellent location. Only 3 minutes from Choctaw Casino. They did not offer a shuttle, however they do provide you with a business card of an individual who will give you a ride, 24/7, to your destination and will also take you back to the hotel, for a very reasonable price. I have never stayed in a smoking room at any hotel that smelled any nicer than the one at this Best Western. I truly don’t know how they do it. All of the staff was exceptionally sweet. We left some items in our room and they were happy to mail them to us, and quickly. Best hotel experience I’ve had in a very long time. Thanks Best Western Markita. You Rock!!!

The parking is a bit lacking if your trying to find a space after about 11pm. So get you a spot early!

This location was very close to the Choctaw Casino which was very convenient for my family! We have stayed at 2 other hotels close by and had awful experiences at both so we decided to try The Best Western and it will be our go to hotel while visiting from now on. Our rooms were very nice and clean. The check in was excellent we had an easy great stay!!!

The staff was great. Very friendly. The breakfast was very good.

The pool was very dirty. It had bugs and dirt in it. No pump running so water wasn’t being filtered.

Convienent.

The sink was way too low an the stool too. The voice on the tv telling you what volume percentage was way too loud, but the actual sound you had to keep turning up to the frequency you wanted. The lady at the desk was not very friendly she didn’t smile at all.

Staff is incredibly friendly—truly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a great, and the room itself was one of the cleanest rooms we’ve seen.

We didn’t like the motel-style and actually have never booked in one before; since it’s a relatively small property, you can easily park right in front of your room—so it ended up being ok.

I had a king suite and it was nice. I loved having the bedroom separated from the living room area.

Because the hotel is close to the street and the suite was at the front of the hotel there was road noise all the time. Other rooms may not have the road noise issue.

We came in during a tornado watch before check in not knowing what to do. The staff put our minds at ease and offered us a place to sit with weather watch on TV and a hot beverage. They continued to reassure us and told us after the warning they would get us our room. Thank you for your kindness.

Best western is an American icon in my opinion. You can’t go wrong when you choose to stay there. The quality of the stay is always worth the price. Thanks for always being the best choice. See you next time.
