Nice clean casino and rooms. Plenty of good dinner options. Buffet was pricey, but good.

No casual breakfast options. Ie: only expensive breakfasts available. Even today, eggs and toast should be around $10, not $20. When breakfast costs the same as dinner, something is off. We stayed in the Spa Tower. You have to walk through the Casino with your bags to get to the room. Lastly, no Choctaw Casino souvenir magnets. I have brought this up a few times. You should have Choctaw Casino magnets...not just Oklahoma, Choctaw Nation, and the other few magnets, but a nice "Choctaw Casino" magnet. I like collecting magnets from Casinos I have visited. None for Choctaw Casino. Do have one for Winstar.

Casino host staff very excellent and friendly. Happy for me when I won!!!! Room was really well-appointed, comfortable and CLEAN. Boutiques were awesome! gambling was fun. Music circulating on the gambling floor well-chosen. The petite dusty blond who made my custom drink at the bar inside the entry made me the most perfect skinny margarita I've ever had made. Ever. And I've been all over.

We ordered some pizza at Papa Johns and they never called us. We waited approaching 50 mins and finally went up there and she just handed us our half-cold pizza and said, "Yeah, sometimes phones don't work well here." But that was just a minor glitch and really who cares?! Pizza still tasted good at midnight lol.

Everything was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed our stay. The room was a great size, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was really big, and the shower was massive and so just perfect after coming in from the fitness center. We stayed on the Spa side and the placement was so convenient to reach everything we wanted to be within walking distance. The restaurants had really good food. The fitness center had a lot of equipment and was located right in the spa area. The bowling center, movie theater and arcades were great additions to small activities to do during the day. We just really enjoyed everything. We are not gamblers, but wanted to partake in a little gambling, a little recreation, a little workout, a little relaxation and some eating all in one convenient spot. This is a great place to do it. LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!

Nothing could have been better. I did not like the smoke.. but there was a non-smoking section, so that more than made up for the short walk through some of the smokey areas. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!

THE FACILITY WAS VERY NICE. ALTHOUGH THE VALET AND GETTING TO THE SKY TOWER WAS A PAIN IN THE BUTT UPON ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE.

WHEN I WENT TO BED THAT NIGHT I PULLED BACK MY SHEET TO CRAWL IN BED AND THERE WAS A STAIN ON THE SHEET. I WAS SO TIRED I DID NOT FEEL LIKE CALLING THE FRONT DESK BECAUSE WHEN WE CALLED THE BELLHOP TO DELIVER OUR BAGS IT TOOK OVER 30 MINS TO GET THEM. SO I WAS APPREHENSIVE ABOUT CALLING DUE TO THE STAIN SO I JUST PUSHED THE DIRTY/STAINED SHEET TOWARDS THE FOOT OF THE BED. BECAUSE I WAS EXHAUSTED.

I loved the amount of things there was to do. It was my first time and arguably the best casino I’ve stayed at. It had great food options, slots were generous, i really liked the swim up bar and pool area as well. I felt like i got my money’s worth for sure.

I did not like the amount of bugs on the balcony. I feel like they can spray and prevent bugs especially since they’re likely to come inside of the room. Also the bees at the swim up bar as well. I know bugs are evident but a large amount swarming around is preventable

HUGE NO SMOKING Casino! Beautifully appointed, super comfortable bed and bedding. Gaming experience was incredible, equaled or rivaled many Vegas resorts. Employees were all polite and very helpful, felt welcome. Restaurants offer a wide variety, we were able to score Prime Rib & Crab Leg Buffet on Thursday starting at 4 pm. Players card gets a $7 discount.

We are very low stakes gamblers and as years go by, find it harder to afford the minimum betting on most machines, Found a penny machine that allowed bonus play with 75 cent bets and had fun. Saw a lady win $11K on a penny machine, but was placing $8 bets.

The breakfast was good, i like the separation of smoking and non smoking. I love the restaurant availability…i loved the beverage machine being available…my favorite part was the poker room, you can play poker all night long in the poker room

My main gripe is when i wanted to wind down and go to my room and watch tv, the tv kept stopping or freezing, not sure if they are streaming or what…but that didnt work for me

The lady from room service was just delightful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were on the 17th floor (Ihad requested a higher floor) and I was extremely happy with the room. The bellman was so sweet as wel.l

More of a selection for room service. More dinner options. Though the burgers and especially breakfast, were just what we were looking for.. Considerable portions and excellent delivery time.

Very nice hotel. The fact the room entry doors are set back in a small cove makes for a much quieter room. You don't hear all the hallway noise like in many hotels.

The price was much higher than I expected. I knew when I booked the room that this was a higher rate than I would normally pay, but convenient to the concert. Beds were much firmer than we are used to. My wife has difficulty sleeping.

Room and the beds were clean.

The room didd not have enough hooks to hang the towels. It had one hanger for the hand towel above the sink nad one hook to hang bath towel next to the shower. Needed 4 hooks to hang and dry bath towels in addition the room did not have any space to store luggage or hang clothes. The room also lacked a microwave.
