staff was very helpful and asked if they could help with anything numerous times. brought extra supplies as we needed. dining area cleaned often and food was good.

parking spots small, seemed like employees parked by building when in my opinion should have parked in spots away so visitors could access building easier. key pad for west door didn't work by handicap parking, so had to walk around to front door to get inside. smoking was allowed next to entrance, had to walk through employees smoking to enter front doorway. carpet was very stained and seemed dirty even after vacuuming. phone handset in room didn't work.

nice staff didn't eat the location was great the room comfortable but restroom needs bright 💡 lighting and would've been great if we didn't have to take stairs to get to our room but the nice staff lady that checked us in let us know the closest area to take and it was built before the regulations was put in to require elevators.

The room was clean and neat and the bed was nice..Breakfast was good..The front desk ladies were good..

We stayed on the bottom floor and both nights we were woken up several times by loud stomps and walking..Our second day we had to ask for clean towels to bathe with and garbage bags to clean our room..I think staff should at least bring you clean towels the next day of your stay..Or was we supposed to bath with our dirty towels..

the staff was very kind. the price of hotel. and the location.

the room had wet carpet and it smelled bad. we had 3 guest and in a room with two beds, they only had towels for 2 people should it not be stocked four 4 people. the smell in the room was horrible, and the door slamming up and down the hall way, it was so loud they could wake the dead.

We checked in kind of late and the manager on duty was very helpful, cheery and a pleasure to deal with. She even helped us figure out the tv. There had been a storm and the tv had to be reset.

Hate to complain about hot water. Usually it isn't hot enough, but this immediately came out scalding hot. May need to turn it down a bit and not cause anyone to get burned. A minor issue.

Friendly stuff, day or night. Overall quite comfortable beds. Durant unfortunately suffers from sub par hotel but this is NOT one of them! Good value for the money, overall clean and comfortable. Friendly stuff. No issues with WiFi. Hot water any time of night or day. Coffee available all day. One of the best breakfasts I've seen since Covid started! Happy with my stay and will be back for sure.

Minor grievance, room could have been a bit cleaner. Lamp shades had c!early not been dusted in a while. That's mostly neat picking admittedly

Close to many different attractions. Wide range of fast food or sit down restaurants.

Smell! When we first opened the room there was a horrible musty smell! Like carpet had been shampooed but left too wet. Turning the AC way down helped but I think the carpet needs replacing. Also noticeable pet hairs in room.

we have stayed at this facility once before. this time we stayed in room with king size bed. room was adequate and comfortable. breakfast was very disappointing. we were downstairs before 0830 and most items were depleted. no one attending the area to restock items. we had coffee and left without eating anything.

this is probably one of the few choices available to stay in Durant on a concert night at the casino theater without spending a fortune on a room. however, for the price we paid, at least an adequate breakfast would be nice.

The room was nice , cool, comfortable and spacious.

I didn't like that I had to get up and leave. Not because they made me, but because I had to get on the road. It was yucky & pouring down rain and I would have loved to have locked myself in and slept the day away.

The staff that worked the counter when I checked on..she was friendly.. And greeted me with a smile..and the gentlemen that helped to extend my stay for another day.. Was helpful and so kind and sweet..makes my stay do very comfortable..and I think you both..

All the trash that was in the parking lot .. Believe that it wasn't on the hotels behalf.. But people that stayed at the hotel.. And what i say ...about that is.. Pick up after your selves..we all share this world..
