Hotel decor very lovely. Landscaping was gorgeous. Location was ideal. Walking distance from shops & restaurants, if desired. Beds were very comfy. Sound proof walls! Room was clean.

Breakfast selection needs yogart parfaits with granola added to the choices...or maybe I just overlooked it. Too many desk clerks competing to answer one question. Daughter stepped onto the pool patio and got lock outside of the swimming pool area. Had to jump the fence to get back inside the hotel! Pool patio needs a couple of umbrella tables for those who aren't trying to tan but want to enjoy fresh air after swimming.

Breakfast was excellent though lunch and dinner from the bar was a little overpriced, but good quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Everything seemed well maintained. We will definitely be back again.

Room darkening curtains could extend a little further past the windows to block out more light. Opting out of room service instead of opting in each day would be more welcome, but the maid service we got halfway through our stay was excellent.

The Embassy Suites is outstanding. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite which was such an improvement over a typical room. The pool and exercise room were excellent. We loved the 9th-floor views from our room and the interior of the hotel has it own lovely views. You can't ask for a better breakfast, and we really enjoyed the free happy hour and snacks each evening.

We arrived for a weekend that was very busy with 3 separate special groups. Only two of the elevators were working. This resulted in long waits and crowded elevators... never a good idea amidst the Omicron surge. I also think it is lame to be charged $12 a day to park your car. It's not like this hotel is located in a downtown where parking is difficult to find. They have a huge lot so this is just an unnecessary surcharge. Other hotels in the area do not charge for parking.

The room was perfect for 2 adults and one preteen because the hide a bed was in a separate room. Breakfast and reception at bar from 5-7 were very good. Room was cool considering we are not used to the hot weather. Swimming pool was bigger then most hotel pools. All staff were very accommodating and nice. The price was more then reasonable.

The doors to the rooms slam if you don't hold the door as they shut was a little loud. One of the three elevators was out of commission which makes for a slight wait time or taking the stairs. Just slight annoyances but would not keep me from booking a stay if we are ever in OK again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed playing pool and foozball downstairs. Breakfast line moved quicker than I had expected when I saw the line and only 2 cooks working but it was delicious.

Only two elevators were in-service the entire stay. At one point, there was only one working. There were several people coming in at that time, so the wait was 10-15 minutes.

The staff seemed egar to be there. They were helpful. Pool was enjoyable. One of the best hotel breakfasts out there.

The parking permit. Just another way of getting our hard earned money..for what?!, it's self parking not valet! There were dirty dishes outside our door from the previous person, left there for hours . Kids playing on elevators were annoying.

This is a very classy hotel. It feels like you are at resort from the minute you step through the doors. There are sparkling fountains that add a wonderful ambience to the tastefully decorated lobby. There are warm glowing lights illuminating the multiple storied inner couttyard. The room was very comfortable.

There was no ice on our floor. It wasn't working.

The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the atrium and the busy atmosphere.

The ice machine had an "out of order" sign. I did not like being charged $13.01 for overnight parking. The parking is unrestricted, unsupervised and out in the elements of weather. Next time I will not say I have a car at check-in.

Staff is amazing! Friendly, smiling and helpful! Even when extremely busy this exceptional group of individuals smiled and took the time to take care of everyone! The property is easily accessible to a plethora of restaurants and shopping. Close by the HealthPlex Hospital as well. Rooms are clean, linens very white & smell good, beds are comfortable. Property is very clean & maintained.

my room was very nice and tidy, the staff were amazingly nice, the breakfast was really good and very organized, the bar staff were also very nice and even helped me pick a few drinks and food. overall would stay here again and recommend everyone I know. it is a bit pricey but it is very worth it!!
