Friendly faces upon arrival and departure. well appointed breakfast with hot options even vegetarian options with almond milk and beans!!! Also thanks for having games such as monopoly and Uno the kids to enjoy!!

Upon arrival I had to call to have linen changed on one of the beds because it was either dirty or stained. Broker latches to bathroom door. Prior guests food was still in the fridge. multiple outlets didn’t work!

The bed was very comfortable. Probably the best bed we've slept in at a hotel. Loved the size of the side tables on both sides of the king bed and the amount of plug ins.

Everything seemed updated but the towels. Two of the towels/washclothes were so stained that I threw them on the floor. They just didn't look clean. The others were not plush like new but at least very white.

The staff is so friendly and amazing. Breakfast was fresh and had so many selections. Natalie, goes out of her way to be welcoming and warm in addition to cooking the breakfast. The bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. The pool area was a bonus place to relax at the end of the day.

the ONLY minus is I wish there were restaurants within walking distance. But me being lazy, you can drive to great places within 5 minutes.

I wish I had been given information sheet at check-in instead of next afternoon Some expected amenities not offered in room - shower cap, pen & notepaper Toilet occasionally continued to flow and required a lot of handle jiggling after I figured out the problem

Breakfast was very good with fresh waffles and great coffee.

A few little things could be added: another towel rack in the bathroom; a hook on the back of the bathroom door; the design of complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles made it very difficult to get the product out of the bottles! Very strange!

Tyrone the manager on the property was amazing. All staff was great. He makes you feel like you are staying at his personal bed and breakfast. We had tornado warnings while we were there and the staff was great. Best property in Norman.

The staff is absolutely awesome, especially the breakfast crew! I spent most of my mornings in their fitness center, I wish I could have that at home! The breakfast crew INSISTED that I take breakfast with me on my way back home, even though breakfast wouldn't start for another hour. I was even placed in a room facing the sunrise like I had requested! Everyone was so kind and my stay felt really relaxing and special.

There are drink vending machines, but no snack vending machines! There is a snack bar at the front desk, though.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great!

The shower curtain had the magnets to weigh it down but there wasn't any metal for them to attach to in the shower well. The curtain 'danced' towards you while in the shower. The breakfast was more of a continental style and not a buffet.

The breakfast was great! Couldn’t of beat that! everything was hot and fresh and so good! Everything was cleaned and well taken care of all over the property, including the rooms.

We could not get extra pillows, we were told they were out. We didn’t like that we had to go to the desk every time we needed something such as an extra towel and they were fast and pushy asking what we needed.

The breakfast options were great. The location and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic.

I know it's probably a trend are standard operating practices now but I would have liked my room to be cleaned everyday and fresh towels brought in. This was not the case on this stay.
