Everything was fantastic, breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable and good size for our family. Lots of space and storage in the room! Staff was really nice, no issues. They were very accommodating, had to stop driving in the middle of the night, they were able to check us in and the room was fantastic.

The beds we’re extremely comfortable but not big enough. They said queens, but I’m almost for sure they were full. No dim lighting for night lights, only the big light switches that were lamps, or bathroom etc. (more of a personal preference) The bottles in the shower were all completely empty, which was inconvenient luckily I had toiletries with for my trip. The shower curtain not long enough.

The check in employee was most helpful with our needs that day.My husband had eye surgery they placed us on 3rd floor, I asked to be moved to the 1st floor so he didn't have to walk as far. They did it with no problem and with a smile on their face. Did everything to make us feel comfortable.

There was not a thing we didn't like best place to stay.

The staff Booking.com messed my reservation up and the staff fixed it

We had multiple hairs in shower and stains on love seat breakfast was not that great

The staff and workers are friendly and congenial. The breakfast was excellent!

I don’t like having to request them to come into your room to clean out the trash cans and replace towels. This should be automatically done no matter how long your stay is.

Room plus suite with a sofa sleeper was excellent for the family. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The bathroom: 1) small counter 2) was not the walk-in shower that was promised 3) had to navigate over tub 4) shower wand and bar positioned too low as if only handicapped guests using the bench seat left under the sink or toddlers would be able to shower. 5) tilt adjustment on shower head too loose and shower head pointed towards the tub drain 6) shower head would fall to the tub.

The hotel staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good.

There was no housekeeping during my stay. Initially, we had to change rooms because the sofa bed mattress was dirty.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great!

The only complaint is a sewage pipe was in the walls of my room and I could hear people showering and flushing the toilet at all hours.

We got there early and was able check-in. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We were there for family reunion and we wanted to watch the game in the lobby together but the TV wasn't working .

I really loved how comfortable the bed & pillows were. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was actually as comfortable as this one.

probably the pool being near the elevators. The floors were usually wet but not enough for people to get hurt
