pillows not comfortable, ac makes clicking noise

They had a handicap room for us. Nice and clean.They had a brown bag breakfast which was good for me. It came with a bottle of sunny' D., banana, fruit bar, protein bar, and a muffin. The air conditioner work well. It was nice and cool all nite long. Very good price.

It was difficult to see to read in bed. The lampshade pointed the light down. Might not have been a problem for someone with good eyes.

Friendly, accommodating staff, good location, breakfast had a good variety, very clean facilities.

Handicap room needs more grab bars in bathtub. Toilet was too low. No grab bars by the toilet.

Awesome all staff we had contact with were friendly and place was clean and beautiful decorations.

They didn't have hotcoffee when we arrived. None in morning but he at least stopped and made it so that was good. Ac in room did not work and lots of strange noises

construction within the property, trash and construction materials on ground at the back entrance that could be unsafe specially coming in late at night on the back door. back door didn’t seem to be locked at nighttime that could be a safety issue

There wasn"t any breakfast but the coffee was Great!!! The hotel was quiet and the rooms were very clean!! We really didn"t hear the traffic from all the restaurants in the room,

There wasn't really anything that we didnt like about the room or our stay!! I booked all our rooms at this hotel, Can't beat the price and easy access to 35,

Room was clean. hotel lobby and outside were clean. didnt hear any traffic from 35.

Hot much lighting in room since one of the lamps was busted and I paid cash for the room and they said they needed my credit card incase of any damage to room but i ended up being charged again on my credit card, So i paid for my room twice, I spoke to the man on duty twice about it but nothing has been done about it. I wont stay here again.

The room and facility were great.

The non-existent breakfast. I understand needing to do the bagged breakfast during Covid, but that is past, and the breakfast food in the breakfast area needs to return.

The staff was so willing to help with all our needs. We arrived early for check in and with out an issue they had us checked in. The location was easy to find and easy to access.

The hotel was a little outdated. No breakfast was being served do to safety concerns but food places was very close. The only ice machine is located on the 2nd floor.

We loved EVERYTHING, I say it each time we go to SureStay Plus Hotel and I do the surveys, if you are looking to just get away from your house or on a trip and need a place to lay your go to SureStay Plus Hotel I promise you wont regret it. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, I had 2 back surgeries and have to have 2 more so I have to be picky about my beds, I never had any problems with their beds and was never in any pain cuz the of the beds. Thank You Again SureStay for another great stay... See y'all next time....

The only thing we had a problem with was the TV in our room for some reason didn't work, but they moved us to another room so we could have a worming TV..
