Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Downtown - Bricktown, an IHG Hotel

It was convenient to bricktown! The staff was super friendly!

I booked a suite but it in no-way was it a suite! Maybe my expectations were to high. However, I have stayed at enough hotels to know the difference. I traveled many years for work and stayed in many suites. Tho the room was very clean and staff was accommodating. I thought the price was not at all reasonable.

Great location in Bricktown and close to rest of city to explore, if needed. Warm welcome with easy check-in. Large, clean and comfortable room with good bathroom and shower. Easy to get about Bricktown on foot with a good selection of coffee shops, restaurants and evening entertainment options. Good location to baseball stadium too.

The laundry facility is chargeable and I had trouble as it would not accept my credit card. Breakfast choice was limited although it was good. Pillows are too soft for our liking.

We like the location. It was close enough to Bricktown and we didn't have to pay for extra parking fees.

The room was clean and exceeded my expectations. There are a couple of things I dislike. there were no complimentary water bottles in the room. The Shampoo/Conditioner dispensers are a good idea for average-height people but not quite for wheelchair users. The soap in the sink is also inaccessible.

First time visiting Bricktown for a concert at the Criterion! Loved the location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable! Everything looked well kept and up to date! It is also nice to have the secured parking.

The only very minor thing I didn’t like was at breakfast the breakfast staff would stand there and stare at you getting food and eating.

Love this Holiday Inn! It's so near fun restaurants and the Canal in Bricktown, which is very reminiscent of the Riverwalk in San Antonio! I love the walkability of the area and the fun of the restaurants and bars! Also, the staff at this location are very accommodating. Yolanda was extremely helpful when I was stuck in OKC because of plane cancellations and extended my stay easily!

The location was okay. The hallways and lobby were very hot. Not temperature controlled very well. Our room took a long time to cool down. We tried to use the outdoor patio/fire pit and some type of college drunk fest was taking place so that didn’t happen either. The “included” breakfast that my wife and I were looking forward to and one of the main reasons we choose this hotel ended up being a paper sack with a muffin, granola bar, apple, and water. If you aren’t going to serve the free continental breakfast with pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc then you need to say so to your guests who are booking. We would have choose somewhere else. The only really great thing was the late night customer service rep who was so nice.

Was a very large and spacious room. Bathroom was large also. Alot of wasted space. We figured it could have been handicap accessible, except, there was no railing on wall by toilet, no roll in shower, but it satisfied our need! Enjoyed the breakfast buffett, but 2nd morning, there was no other drink other than coffee and milk. No juice in refrigerator. Otherwise very nice.

As mentioned above, having other drinks available other than coffee and milk. I know staff might not have been able to stock up during the time we were there.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Eric was awesome!

The "King Suite" I reserved was really nothing more than a little extra sitting area with a table and 2 very small chairs. No dining area and sink with counter area as shown in the room description / pictures. Not sure it was really worth the extra price paid.

I liked that the room was very spacious. The room was clean and quiet. Interior was modern and they provided lots good shampoo and conditioner. Also really easy to walk anywhere you want to do.

Not a lot of spaces to park while you get checked in. Most of those parking spaces are handicap. I did end up paying a little more than I expected to but I feel the price was worth it.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US, AS WE WERE SPENDING THE EVENING IN BRICKTOWN, WHICH WAS 2 BLOCKS AWAY.

THE PRICE OF THE ROOM WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I EXPECTED. THE ROOM WAS NICE, BUT NOT FOR THE AMOUNT WE PAID. IT'S FRUSTRATING TO KNOW THAT THE ROOM IS ALOT LESS DURING THE WEEK THAN IT IS ON THE WEEKEND.
