People where nice and friendly and the room was clean and modern.

$19 Dollar breakfast no good. If you are going to charge for breakfast make the product match the expense. $19 for premade eggs and cereal is not worth it. So we went to Ihop instead and spent less money for fresh made breakfast. So whoever thought that people would pay $19 for a below average breakfast is costing you money because you still have to fill the buffet up but have a lot fewer customers buying what your selling and your shrink has to be bad. Either give it with the stay or do away with it!

This trip couldn't have gone more smoothly. The property was clean. The room was immaculate and the bed was a dream. Very nice shower. Our balcony gave a great view of Bricktown, day and night. The breakfast buffet was included in our room and was delicious. They serve pretty much anything you could want. The location is steps from the Paycom Center.

When we returned from the NBA game next door at 9:30, we had planned on eating from the on site restaurant and bar. The bar was understaffed, line was long and we didn't get waited on. I Doordashed an order from Smitty's Garage and we enjoyed some great burgers in the room.

I love the motel and how close it is to the paycom center. Loved having 2 windows. Loved being able to do all arrangements online.

I didn't like that it was just a solid $15 for breakfast per person no matter how much u get to eat. Unfortunately the elevators were having issues, going slower then usual. Motel people should have access to closer parking in parking garage rather then people going to concerts. And then if us motel people leave to go out, we have chances of not finding a parking spot due to concert people. I think u should have parking for motel and have them numbered the room numbers if possible.

I love the location the room was awesome I had a great view of Bricktown I enjoyed my stay and the staff especially Ellie B. She was very friendly and professional I will stay there again

PARKING! I didn't like having to pay for parking hotel guests shouldn't have to pay for parking and breakfast It's the MARRIOTT you can afford to feed your guest breakfast

location, right next to bricktown. the hotel itself was very nice and clean. pool was great. staff was great!

there is really no where to take your trash out when it get full in your room. the trash cans in your room are so small so when I have to empty it, the trash to take it to is so small as well. I just had to sit it on top which I felt bad for doing but there was no other place to put it.

Staff was extremely friendly and polite. From the moment we got there everything went smoothly and we had no room complaints. Came for the Thunder game so location cant be beat.

It was a little slow to get waited on at the restaurant (Food was excellent though). Our room was on the 3rd floor and the hall constantly smelled like pot. I understand medical issues but sometimes it was extremely overpowering. It did not smell in my room so i did not bring up this issue to the front desk otherwise i would have,

We went to a concert at the Paycom Center so this location was AMAZING! Staff was friendly. Room was very nice and spacious. It was very clean. I also liked having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash already in the shower.

Not a huge fan of am almost $20 fee to self park, but I also realize it's the convenience of a parking garage and the location of the hotel. There aren't many lights, and one of the bedside lights didn't work, but we weren't in the room much anyway.

Nice room with a balcony unfortunately the balcony was unaccessible so pointless.

I was charged an additional $18 to park in Marriott's own parking garage. I feel a little held hostage over that. That was NOT disclosed anywhere upfront before booking my stay. I may have chosen a different hotel if I knew that in advance. I will not book at that hotel again.

The beds and shower were great. Loved the black out curtains on the windows. Customer service were beyond kind. Great lobby layout and atmosphere!

My only complaints were little things... like that my door was malfunctioning when I first arrived and had to have maintenance in my room while I was gone to get it fixed, there was no basket to my coffee maker, no microwave in the room (a safe but no microwave...), the crazy price of the food and beverages in the lobby. I understand up-charge for profit margin on convenience but $8 for a 20oz drink and pop tarts is kind of overboard.

Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Easy walk to downtown OKC and the lovely Myriad Botanic garden.

Parking is in a ticketed garage shared with OKC Thunder arena. This was a little tricky to find, but OK. I do imagine this hotel may be a different kind of experience on a game day.
