Location was great staff was great Self parking was 10.00 everything was walking distance Bar staff was great Outdoor patio was great We had a wonderful stay

I didn't like how the cleaning staff just walked in my room. 1st day she just walked in didn't knock 2nd day we was leaving the next cleaning staff knocked and just wall in at 9:40 check out time was not until 11.00

The hotel was in a great location. We walked to several interesting sites. I felt very safe there. The hotel was immaculate! I was very happy because I was there for a seminar that ended at 3pm. My flight home was at 5pm. I asked if they had a place I could store my luggage while I finished the seminar, because check out was noon. They gave me a late check out at no extra charge until 3pm! I was very happy!

The seminar rooms were a bit cold, but you find that everywhere, it seems. I just took a sweater. It would have been nice to have a breakfast included.

Close to Bricktown, walking distance from lots of places we wanted to be, 2 bars on property

Two things. the parking situation was less than ideal. the elevators from the parking garage were nasty and were in desperate need of attention. the walkway from the garage to the hotel was either blazing hot or freezing cold and smelled awful. Secondly, the shower amenities were less than pleasing (shampoo, conditioner and soap not good quality), and the shower height was built for people smaller than 5’ tall

Loved the breakfast - had eggs and bacon and the server was wonderful and brought me juice and hot coffee! I tipped her $10$

This is not a complaint, I just did not know that I was parking in the city owned garage. I paid $10 when I left the garage and I was parked on the 3rd FL that had a door into the Sheraton where the elevator was, so I could go downstairs. It all worked out.

The location was great for a concert at paycom center. We were able to walk to it. I liked that they have a restaurant on-site.

I didnt like that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30 when checkout is 12pm. Our fridge made loud noises then leaked on the floor. Paid $179 before tax but dont feel it was worth that much considering u had to pay for parking and it wasnt anything special. Also the pics of breakfast are glorified compared to what is was.

I love the location. This hotel is central to every direction of this city giving access to major attractions but also near hustle of the downtown life!

I didn’t care for the parking garage because of the direct access into the hotel from the public parking garage.

Elevators took FOREVER! There was a fury convention at this hotel the same weekend as a all star cheer competition. Strange event and strange people all over the place.

The meals at the lounge were delicious...especially the steak with asparagus and those little potatoes!!

The only disappointment was the size of the beds...they were smaller than anticipated but we made do!...oh and we regretted not bringing some floats or something for the pool since there werent any steps to sit on...way to hot to sit outside of pool...but again we made do☺️

I loved the entire atmosphere of this property, being a bookworm I appreciated the decor of antiques and vintage books. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our entire stay.

Parking was a little cramped but expected being in the middle of town.

Where do I start. The hotel, location, and especially the staff were wonderful. I can't say enough how appreciative I am of the staff. Every single person was polite and eager to help. I even got short with a one of them at breakfast and she was sweet as pie and took care of me with a smile. I felt bad for doing so, but hey we all have bad moments. I hope the employee who appeared to be in charge at breakfast that morning gets some recognition. She was great! I was also very impressed with the way this hotel operates in general. I have an MBA so I tend to be analytical and scrutinize weaknesses in companies in general. I found myself continually pointing out things to my fiance' that I felt were impressive about this hotel from an operations point-of-view. Just one example is the soap and lotion offerings in the room. It always drives me crazy that hotels probably lose a ton of money on those little mini bottles and that expense gets passed on to us, the customer. This hotel provides large bottles in the rooms and if you want one they are happy to sell it to you. I am a conservationist so the recycling bin in the room was another thing I liked. Oh, AND in the lobby we bumped into band members of Daughtry who we had just watched perform earlier that evening. We got to chat with them briefly which was cool. Now it must be a nice place if rockstars are staying there LOL! There is plenty to do within walking distance as well. Bricktown district is a blast with a capital B. There is a Bass Pro, movie theater and shopping as well as a neat water taxi, arcade, bars and restaurants and even a triple-A minor league baseball stadium where the LA Dodgers affiliate plays. There is also a beautiful botanical garden a block away. There are plenty of options to stay in that area. I was very pleased with our choice and appreciate a business that strives for value without subtracting from a five star experience. They will be getting more of my money in the future.

We paid for our parking and received passes at the front desk when we checked in, however the passes did not work. It was a minor inconvenience we just paid for the parking throughout the weekend as we came and went and brought it to their attention before check out and they politely refunded our money.
