Room was clean, everything functional although the light switch over the vanity was tricky and had to be flipped on several time before the light came on. Area was pretty quiet despite have some apartments next door.

Pool needed to be skimmed and furniture looked as if the pads needed to be replaced. Other than that it was fine.

The staff were super nice and inviting. The shower in the King Suite is top notch and has good water flow and didn't have to worry about running out of warm water. The bed was comfortable and well made. The will work out a weekly rate with you for extended stays.

Our rooms air conditioning leaked the while time which resulted in the floor being soaking wet. The breakfast was subpar at best. I like to always grab a few muffins and yogurt, but you were lucky if a pre packaged muffin was available.

Everything exceeded our expectations except for the staff at night we had a bad incident other than that the staff during the day was perfect and the evening was perfect the place was just amazing and better than the ratings showed.

One of the staff members at night was really snotty and rude.

The room is very clean and everything worked. Housekeeping very thorough every day and all staff members very professional, courteous and eager to accommodate. I got the sense that all staff was very well trained. I am disabled so the elevator made my preference for a second level room easy and practical and the staff always offered to assist. Trash barrels outdoors and in laundry room always empty and grounds very clean, all lights worked. Privacy/blackout curtains were very effective, and along with the large flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave my extended stay was very comfortable overall. The location in the city of Tulsa makes accessibility to hospitals, shopping and dining to all areas of Tulsa very fast and easy. Outtback Steakhouse is a short walk across parking lot.

Largest hospital in Tulsa is down the street so ambulance sirens were frequent.

The pool is perfect for fun. It also have a Subway restaurant inside the hotel. The breakfast and room are very good. Plenty on park lots. Gas station with grocevy shop in front.

It´s far by walk from anywhere (except subway and gas station)

It was sorely in need up updating the air conditioner/heater didn’t regulate the temperature to keep me comfortable, regardless which way function I tried. Something about my bed made me itch. I’m not sure whether it was detergent the sheets were washed in or bugs.

I enjoyed the easy access of the location in relation to downtown Tulsa. it was 10 minutes from the Hard Rock Casino and 10-15 to downtown. The staff was friendly. There’s a subway inside the hotel lobby also.

I didn’t like the fact that the decor and setup was outdated or that the bathroom didn’t have good ventilation. Also, it would’ve been nice to have a TV guide. My room didn’t have one.

The breakfast was better than my last stay. I think it was because the last time it was when there were still a few restrictions with covid. The front staff are fast and there really nice. Beds smell and were clean.

Room was clean but the carpets need to be clean/wash. Over all its a great place but that would give it a plus.

Breakfast was delicious, always clean and the location is fine very close to the airport and the staff were very kindly all the time.

Nothing imperticular needs cheaper soda. Machines. And lower costs for the clients. More or bigger ice bucket.
