Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tulsa, OK

The remodeling was nice and it was clean and quiet. The staff were awesome, shared tips for restaurants and information about the area. I liked the express checkout. It was a convenient place for us to meet our friends and to get on the freeway to travel further. We were comfortable visiting with our friends in the lobby.

The outlets in the bathroom did not work. There was a strong smell of mildew in our room with a strong smell of cleaner or air fragrance throughout the motel. No breakfast served and no one was at the desk when we left in order to get the bagged breakfast. Pool was covered and appeared to be closed.

Staff was pleasant. Had to leave before breakfast time but staff provided us with some fruit, muffins and milk, which was appreciated.

As we arrived, we heard multiple gunshots. It was too late to cancel our reservation so we hoped for the best. Side door to the building didn’t shut so therefore didn’t lock. Felt very unsafe. When we told the front desk, they said they were aware of the door and that a lock had been ordered. That’s fine, but what about the safety of their customers until then?

When we got there our rooms had been given away because booking.com used a fake credit card and fake information. The hotel couldn't contact us because they had put on a fake phone number. But I highly recommend this hotel because the manager accommodated us and made sure our kids had a couch in their room for other teenager. He showed us a reservation it had all the fake information and he said they could not hold the room and booking.com often does

Do not make a reservation through booking.com without calling the property directly that is the best advice I could ever give anyone using this site.

The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet.

The TV is really small. But what effected the rating the most was breakfast! A brown bag with a crappy granola bar, a banana, and a bottle of water.

Location was great and hotel was nice and clean. Reasonable price.

I asked at 6 pm if my husband, teenager daughter, and myself could sit at a table in the breakfast area to play dominoes and was told that wasn’t allowed. This is something we have always done on trips and have never been told before that it wasn’t allowed. Kind of disappointing as we had gone back to the hotel early to play board games.

I was very happy from the moment I walked up to the hotel. The building was clean and in good repair, as was the lobby, reception area and room. The price was very reasonable for the quality, or rather the quality was surprising compared to the price. Breakfast was available in the morning and coffee in the lobby. The proprietors were friendly and helpful. The stay was just for one night, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Front desk clerk night shift was very helpful in accommodating me with a better rate for a late check in

Front desk clerk day shift completely changed my agreed upon rate from checking in earlier that morning with night clerk to a different rate during check-out. She said night clerk should've known better and even though it was a late arrival check-in she couldn't prorated the rate and charge me

The room size and location. I also liked that the sink was located separately from the shower and toilet area.

Toilet leaked around the base but only slightly. We told them when we left so they could fix it. And the door to the bedroom area was difficult to close. None of this bothered us so we waited until we were leaving to tell them.

The location was very convenient. The staff we interacted with were wonderful. COVID made it an abnormal hotel stay, so I don't have a positive or negative feel about the normal accommodations here, as we weren't able to experience them.

It appeared to be an older hotel that is fairly well kept & cleaned, it could stand to have some updates/maintenance. For example, the bathtub appeared dirty but was only stained, and was a little off putting to some. The carpet throughout looked like it needed a super cleaning or replaced. The beds & pillows in our room were awfully uncomfortable. We wouldn't hold that against the hotel at this time in regards to another stay there, as COVID has caused many plans to be adjusted in the last year.

The room was very nice. Pleasant front desk employees. Check-in and check-out was quick and effortless.

Breakfast could have been better but decent overall.
