Location.. Clean. Price. room design. hall carpet very easy with luggage. Great shower head. Liked the location of grab bar for shower. VERY comfortable bed. bathroom lighting nice. big counter in room. just a very comfortable room. Wish we had needed to be there longer than just one night.

Had to go to front desk to get blow dryer … glad we noticed night b4,we left that we didn’t have one. going downstairs at 4:30am would have been very frustrating. Suggest you mention (or have signage at check-in) if guests will need one to pick up at check-in. This was our only negative. otherwise, truly great experience. We’ll be back. Oh, the toilet seat didn’t fit toilet. Odd to go to such an extent with renovation and not have the right size seat. But not a big deal.

I liked the location they are located near many restaurants and getting around was easy. I like Marie, she was exceptional! We needed a cart to take our luggage in and the other two where saying, "Someone has it." Marie said, "I'll go find it" and she did. Anything I needed Marie was always there to take care of things for me.

Too much light in the room. The curtain was broken. They wanted to charge me $20 for early check in, yet the room I reserved was not ready at 3:00. The breakfast was very strange they had gravy (no biscuits) sausage, cereal, waffles, plain bagels, and muffin tops. They did have boiled eggs and yogurt in the fridge. I don't know if I was suppose to put the gravy on the waffle or the bagle. We were there for four days and the breakfast never changed. They put a hold on my credit card that was half of the amount of money it cost to stay there.

Front desk staff and evening manager were really nice and helpful in getting me checked in and in my room for the night. Room was relatively quiet for being so close to the highway. Room was very clean and tidy when I entered it.

The coffee machine didn't work properly. I put in a cup of water but it only heated up and dispensed about half of it, and it wasn't heated very well. Also the room was pitch black and finding a switch at first was extremely difficult.

Very very clean room and smelled very nice! Very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room.

Didnt My fridge didn't work. I reported it the the man at the front desk around 7am Saturday April 9th. He typed typed something into the computer so I assumed it would be taken care of. It wasn't. Hot tub didn't work. I was looking forward to using it after a day of hiking.

The General Manager, Ashley, was the BEST!! She walked outside to welcome us to the hotel and made accommodations to check us in early after a long ride on the motorcycles!! This was a very busy weekend!! The hotel was clean. The location was perfect for our visit during Black Wallstreet Tulsa.

I have no complaints.

It was clean it was comfortable and it was a decent place to stay for the price.

I don't think I have anything that I didn't like except they were out of shampoo

The staff was very nice and answered any questions i had. And breakfast was good

seeing people that didn't even have a room there that would just walk in and help themselves to breakfast when i had to pay good money to stay

Really nice staff. Both the afternoon clerk, Zhane, and the housekeeper, Thara, were kind and friendly. Loved the shower too.

We had a good bed but a little firm for my back.

Noel was a great person that had breakfast prepared and kept a very clean dining room. Front desk was friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

Breakfast was good but only one person working front desk and breakfast buffet so it was slow. Thank you to the girl that was working two jobs and doing her best.
