Hampton Inn & Suites Tulsa/Tulsa Hills

The location was ideal, there were many restaurants within a short driving distance and the nearest Walmart was only 4-5 miles down the road. The area was very clean and accessible to the main highway was easy.

The room was spacious and clean for this solo traveler. There were the usual room amenities but I could have used a microwave.

Rhonda was working the front desk at check in. We had a huge bag on cart the made it difficult to access the elevator. She was a GEM in that she helped load, rode the elevator up and helped unload. She also provided extra toiletries and bedding upon request. The dining area is large and lovely. Breakfast was a great variety and plentiful. Eggs, french toast sticks, turkey sausage, bagels, toast, pastries, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal with toppings, fruit, etc. Clean room, comfy bed, great staff.

The restroom off of the main lobby had not been cleaned. Trash full, toilet paper not refilled, tissues empty. Although it was 90+, the pool had already been closed which was not reflected on the website.

Great location! This hotel is directly across the street from the Tulsa Hills Shopping center and is walking distance. There are restaurants galore within this plaza. The room itself was exceptional clean. Great nights rest no highway noise. Overall I will definitely be back as I was only in town to visit the Aquarium in Jenks

The only complaint I have was the actual bathroom itself. The shower walls still had left over strands of hair stuck to it. Luckily when traveling I always carry cleaning product like bathroom cleaners. I disinfect and clean the bathroom sink, toilet and showers before allowing my family to use it. My 4 year old is obsessed and loves the tub no matter where we travel so cleaning has always been a must.

The front desk staff were all very nice and friendly. The room was were clean.

My razor and refill cartridge got stolen out of my room. Housekeeping should not have been in my room, I opted out for housekeeping.

Great location, clean and comfortable, good breakfast with lots of options.

Fan in bathroom didn't work, hot tub was out of service, no microwave in room.

Large breakfast included and very roomy fitness center. The room was a good size as well and the floor was quiet all night long. The location was ideal as well

The pool and hot tub being closed. My son wanted to swim but couldn’t. Also, the selection at the snack section was very limited and we ended up having to leave to get something to snack on.

Great location, close to Tulsa Hills and the many restaurants nearby. Back street access to QuickTrip. Room was spacious and comfortable with a very large desk. Comfy bed, and bathroom wasn't too small. Decent breakfast and dining area.

The front desk staff were wonderful; they even found my cell phone and returned it to me.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

only one operating elevator and it was a little noisy and vibrating on its way up to the 4th floor.

It was convenient to a lot of stores and restaurants.

The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom could also use a better cleaning and the shower needed some scrubbing in the corners and the edges of the door.
