Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Jenks, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was nice, clean, and smoke-free! The breakfasts were good. The kitchen lady, Randi, was awesome! Most everything was just fine.

Nothing bad. I was a bit disappointed that there were no cinnamon rolls while we were there. Not a big deal, as there were plenty of other things to eat. It was in a nice location by the river in a nice looking part of town; however, it was not in the town our event was in and we had to drive all the way through town to get to the hotel, so it was quite a drive. But the price was good.

Great location for our family to meet. The restaurant next door was great. The staff was super nice and helpful. The best in a long time!! Walking distance to many things. Beds were nice. We slept well.

We had loud neighbors one night so walls are thin. Lighting for reading in the area where the couch was had zero lighting so made the space dark. You had to read in bed. Elevator a little slow.

Other than a little trouble checking in everything was excellent! The beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast selection was amazing!

The guy checking us in didn't really seem to know what he was doing. At first he said he had no reservations for us. After he got that figured out he only checked us in for one room. We had reservations for two rooms. He said no we didn't. He got that straightened out then said that our rooms wouldn't be adjoining. I said, nope...fix it. He finally got it, but it took a while. After that everything was great!

The bed was super comfy! The location is great!

The front desk staff person wasn't very personable. The breakfast option was a bag of random items. I don't know exactly what was in it because I passed on it and the front desk person couldn't tell me what was included in the bag o' breakfast.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Breakfast should go until check out. We had 2 rooms there, went down about 9:45 and door was shut on food. A lady working there told us to help ourselves there was lots of food left. But the guy wasn't happy and didn't want to let us eat. There was no coffee in lobby he had to get some. He stood there with the door partially shut waiting on us to get food then shut the door. There were no forks at all. Several people came looking for food after us, even if they would have run out of hot food there were other items to eat. The one woman was the only really friendly one we talked to. Wish I had gotten her name.

For a 2-star hotel, this was a great value. The rooms are very efficiently laid out with space to put your belongings without being in the way. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and even went and rousted one of our travel mates out of his room when he wouldn’t answer the phone for us! These are the kinds of hotels I like to stay at. Clean, updated, efficient , no frills, but very professionally crisp.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but that’s fairly typical.

The location was wonderful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked the separate area for the microwave, fridge and coffee pot.

The sheets on one of the beds were dirty or stained. The staff was unable to split the bill between two sisters.

The staff and location were great! Very clean!

The elevator sounded like it was going to break. It made the family nervous using it.

Location was great since we were going to the aquarium and the staff was wonderful

Parking lot was a bit small since the entrance is only in the front and the beds were a bit stiff but the room was very clean and nice so it made up for it. The pool was fun was expecting a hot tub since website showed one but it wasn't terrible without it.

Very nice property in a quiet location & near excellent restaurants. The breakfast was much better than other Holiday Inn & Suites; i.e. eggs were freshly scrambled, Jimmy Dean sausage patties served and biscuits were freshly baked.
