The hotel was fine. Booking.com will never get my business again.

I booked this hotel for my Aunt and Cousin and you all screwed up the booking information in the system and the Hotel Tenant couldn't locate it until I showed up to help sort the issue out with the hotel manager. Also, I booked a room for them with 2 Queens and you all told the hotel 1 King bedroom. Also, I learned that your prices were significantly higher than if I had booked the hotel room direct with Holiday Inn Express. Very disappointed. I normally book with Hotels.com, but their servers were screwed up when I attempted to book with them and decided to use you all for the first time. I will never use your service again. Absolutely dropped the ball at every facet. I have no faith in using any booking services after my experience with you all AND Hotels.com.

In a great location! All kinds of great eating places, shopping, and gas stations close by. The room was clean, the shower was awesome meaning it had great pressure, bed was very comfortable, air conditioner worked great, the pancakes were good and they had peanut butter for them, and the staff was wonderful!

The property was great! The people in the room below us not so much. My six year old granddaughter was sitting on the floor playing with toys when they started pounding on their ceiling, our floor. Startled us. Then they called and complained we were making too much noise. We, the adults were not even out of bed yet! So, I don’t know where the noise they were hearing was coming from, but it wasn’t us. So, I guess if there was anything wrong with the property it would be paper thin floors! 😂🤷‍♀️ Again, the staff was great about it and said not to worry. Never heard anything else about it.

We always enjoy staying at Holiday Inn and this location was no exception. I felt that the price of the room was a bit high, but the staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

We are usually early risers as we generally only stay during road trips, so I wish there were more breakfast options available for those of us who hit the road early.

Wife expected a hair dryer in the room but didnt have one. Breakfast was just ok, not a huge amount of selection and I unfortunately got a container of milk that was spoiled

a sports team ate all the breakfast and there was not any eggs, bacon or biscuits left. staff was not friendly this time. unusual because we have stayed here before and everyone was so nice.

the bathrooms need and exhaust vent in the bathroom to deal with the steam and moisture from the shower.

Swimming pool next to the highway made it hard to relax. Directions to the hotel were vague, we wandered around until we found the hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. Free breakfast is outstanding.

Fridge in room was too cold and kept freezing drinks. Parking lot can get a little tight when hotel is busy.

the water pressure was strong in the shower. definitely an interesting experience.

cold water in the faucet was warm. faucet water tastes bad. coffee at the breakfast buffet was horrible.

it’s location is near my daughters house. It is clean. I do like the Dove products

parking is usually a problem at this location. it needs a couple more disabled spots. The rate is often as much or more than 4-5 star properties.
