The breakfast was standard hotel fare (included in the price). The location was where we needed to be. The room was as expected for a Hampton with a comfortable bed, good AC. The elevator was broken when we go there, but fixed the next day.
It was fine, as expected. The coffee was pretty bad at breakfast. I’m a coffee drinker but didn’t drink it. Otherwise it was fine.

The room was spacious for our needs with plenty of seating. The air conditioning units are controlled by whomever is in the room, not by the hotel.
The breakfast could be a little better, was here for 7 days, and only ate once. Pillows were down feather, so they didn't keep their shape through the night

8 minutes walk from Starbucks. 5 minutes walk form Restaurant / Store. There are shopping centers nearby. The staff was kind, and tea/coffee is available 24 hours a day. The room was great and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Every time I came to TULSA, I chose to stay at this hotel.
Elevator waiting time is relatively long.

Clean, looked very new, bed and pillows were comfy and nice AC. Stayed in the suite which was very comfortable and had all amenities. Had a Tesla charging station which was a plus for us. Just 2 minutes away from Cheesecake Factory! Would definitely stay here again.

Liked that it was indoors like a hotel as I was traveling with my 86 yo mother. The breakfast was fabulous, especially given what many places are offering since Covid. The a/c was turned on when we arrived, which was nice. The ice machine had ice even though there was no vending machine in our floor. There was one on the first floor but I had already gone out to buy bottled water before I saw it. Coffee maker in the room. Nice TV.
No vending machine on our floor and no hair dryer in the room.

The location was great and the staff was great.
My son’s soon was very small, had an ant problem, and was musty smelling. There wasn’t a hot tub like the pictures show. The orange juice machine was not in order for breakfast.

My son’s room had an ant problem and the room was very small and humid, almost smelled musty. It also did not have a hot tub like the photos show.

I liked everything about my stay at the hotel. Especially the lady who checked me in on the 11th. Very nice and professional.
When I checked out on the morning of the 12th, I asked for a receipt. The lady at the front desk told me that she couldn't give me a receipt. I had to call customer service with Booking.com to get her to give me a receipt.
