Cherokee Casino West Siloam Springs Resort

We stayed here due to the high costs of rooms in the Bentonville area. It was about a 45 minute drive from where we wanted to be, but it really was not that bad of a drive. The facility was very clean and the room was spacious and very nice! The casino was very busy (Friday night), but we're not big gamblers, so we didn't stay long. There were also several dining choices which we will probably give a try if we ever return. Very satisfied with our stay!

The only thing I didn't care for was the smoke smell in the casino. They did well for trying to cover the smell, but for someone who is never around cigarette smoke, it was a bit overwhelming. But it's a casino, so again, to be expected.

Hotel sea clean and well appointed. Beds were ok, not great; hard but did have toppers. Pillows and linens were good. Warm cookie was tasty.

Beds could be better. The casino itself does not allow much significant winning. Food mall was clean and offered a variety. Ladies at the coffee bar were very friendly and helpful. Also the front desk people were friendly and helpful.

Large clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Big bathroom with amazing walk in shower and large soft towels. Plenty of outlets for charging devices.

The view from our window in room 327 was completely blocked by some sort of exhaust vent. The room had several lights but was very dark. Bathroom was very dark as well. Hard to put makeup on without light. The mini fridge was barely cool. No microwave.

Right off the main road easy access to quick shops , shopping, dining and other interests it’s a great place . Large room , comfy bed , lots of pillows, huge bathroom with glass enclosed walk in shower , immediate hot water and good pressure . Super fast elevators and very secure and clean . We ate breakfast and the value and taste were some of the best of all places we stayed . We felt appreciated and the staff were very friendly seemingly going out of the way to see us pleased and comfortable. Tons of close free parking and we liked not having to go outside to get to the casino.

We came for the purpose of spending time in the casino . It was not what we had hoped for , not the win/lose aspect but the selection of slots , the variety of slots and they were extremely tight . We spent most of the night just feeding the machines . Maybe 1 of 20 or so would let you play and have fun and for a while . We read the reviews on line like always and probably should have heeded . The hotel was great , the food really priced reasonably but the casino ??? That’s why I give it good and not excellent.

The room was very big and roomy, nice color palette. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows too. The bathroom was huge, but a little dark for my tastes, would have liked some brighter lights. The whole atmosphere of the place was inviting.

I found the walk-in shower too messy, just a curtain hanging in the entrance and created a mess when the shower head on the hose decided to turn in the direction of the curtain and flood the floor in the outer bathroom, so all towels were needed to dry up floor. I would definitely stay there again. Casino could have been a little looser, but none of them are paying out anything, they have to get all their money they lost during my COVID

The convienence of a hotel, casino and restaraunt all at one location. The building inside and out were immaculate. Room was very comfortable.

The staff were helpful but not friendly at all. Desk staff at Hotel were ok but casino staff , restaraunt staff, security staff all seemed bored and didnt want to be there. Limited options for eating and the whole eating experience was way below standard and no way near what is advertised.....to the point of literal false advertising.

It was very clean and the employees were nice. I liked the fact the casino was attached and didn’t have to drive to go eat. Everything we needed was there!

I loved the property

I liked that everything was under one roof... machines/food court/bars/entertainment on Friday night and Saturday night... Coffee/soda was available for everyone at no cost. It was fantastic

It didn’t have a swimming pool... That is the only thing that I didn’t like... Everything else was excellent

The room was a good size with a great bathroom. I also loved the casino. Staff were not super friendly when we checked in. However, the staff in the casino were very friendly. I also appreciate the prices in the Tabaco shop.

The staff. When checking in I am always friendly and polite. For some reason this didn't seem to matter. The hotel staff had a way about them that made me feel uncomfortable. Check in was easy but it would have been better had the staff not been stuck up.

Clean and friendly staff. Very appealing. Entertaining by!

There was a connecting door and neighbors were very loud and the door continued to slam due to spring loaded. They were in in out a lot and late.
