hated the breakfast. heated up stuff, yuk so had some cold cereal in a box I liked the fibe and the quiiet elevator. great elevator good quality the room was comfortable good air conditioning perfect for the heat outside.

breakfast. we are traveling with food and food for prep. was disappointed to not have a microwave and a coffee pot. was told I was getting a bonus for having fresh brewed coffee. Not for me. the pool plaster has loosened causing much debris stirred up

Everything was solid…especially fond of the fitness center and the staff was super friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The place was super clean and the TV situation was pretty groovy (personalized welcome message, checkout function, phone/tablet broadcasting option) Oh, and the coffee was right on…stronger/better tasting than expected!

If y’all could include some sanitizer spray/wipes in the gym and some disposable cups in the rooms that’d be awesome!

The room was wonderfully clean! The cleanest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I loved that the floors were wipeable and able to be cleaned. This was especially important to me as my young children crawl all over the floor. Breakfast was pretty good. The black out shade also worked very well.

I didn’t like that I needed to pay for an extra app to connect my devices to the tv. I also was not a big fan of the size of the room. Hardly any room for a pack and play or a toddler bed in a king sized room. I did not find an option for more than 2 people in a room at this property.

The bed was very comfortable, not super hard or super soft. The design and layout of the room was great. The shower is clean and Dove soap is provided in soap pumps in the shower this was refreshing over small containers. It was very quiet and the floor is not carpeted so it felt cleaner. Just a clean, well kept property. We would happily return!

We stay here often, it's one of our favorite any avid hotel really is a plus! Always clean, staff is always nice and helpful.

Seems like our rooms are always around people with alot of loud children, so alot of noise and slamming doors. It would be better if they put singles or couples on opposite sides but you never know. Love kids but it can make for a long night.

CLEAN!!! No carpet, fresh and clean. Great place to stay. Breakfast was awesome… we will look for Avid hotels from now on!!!

the staff was friendly and very nice. they kept checking on the breakfast products to make sure they were full.

The location was ideal for our purposes. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had many options. We found value in what in the room we reserved, and we found the staff to be very helpful.

My wife would have liked a few additional gluten-free breakfast options. The elevators also were among the slowest I've ever encountered, but I'm not sure what can be done about that.

They room in general was clean and the staff would serve you for a y of your needs

They receipt was a some what confusing I paid 300 hundred to you all then I was charged a extra 169 .00 for extended charges

New, clean, great breakfast, coffee on all day, comfortable beds and nice quiet place to spend a weekend. (Except for a loud banging sound every so often. Sounded like a hammer hitting our door, but we were the only people on our floor.)

There was a very loud metal hitting metal sound that woke us up numerous times during the night. Either coming from the in room fridge or somewhere in the wall or outside the hall door. It would happen about every hr & 1/2 - 2 hrs. We were on top floor Rm 408. We would get up & try to find where it was coming from but it never happened while we were up looking/listening for the sound.

Just a beautiful location. Located near many restaurants & shopping. Hotel was super clean, friendly, and very comfortable. Would look to stay here again.

Only complaint was the breakfast. It was good but has room for improvement.
