Overall I appreciated the location and price for our week-long trip to visit family. There was an indoor pool and a hot breakfast with a lot of variety. I also appreciated the free wifi and lounge area, as I had to do some work even while on vacation and could do so comfortably. The room was comfortable and updated.

The washer and dryer were out of service, and the hot tub had been covered over and closed. The hot tub was not listed as an amenity, but I prefer that to a pool honestly. I also felt like it was hard to get staff attention - would call and leave notes for extra towels but I think because we were not on the regular housekeeping rotation due to staying a week, we ended up constantly having to go up to the desk to ask for them. One night it was after 10 pm and the staff said that they had not yet done the laundry and had no extra towels, which was super disappointing. They were kind about it, but staffing just seemed scarce.

The location and the breakfast were good.

My toilet in my room kept spraying water out the side. I had to correct the tube housed inside the bowl often. Also, I went down to use the pool and there were no towels, the pool part of the facility was in disarray. I asked for my room to get clean, and I was given 1 towel.

The staff was absolutely great..tried to make it a comfortable stay...clean and accommodating dogs was great ..

My sister is handicap and there were no more rooms avaliable she did have a hard time in the bathroom that is my biggest issue they gave us a bigger room but she still had a hard time ... but I was very happy with the stay wish they were closer to the Grady Fair Grounds...

bed was comfortable and large. neighborhood was good with a choice of places to eat.

very poor directions on the website. took an extra 30 minutes after several calls to the hotel for directions. the staff laughed and said others have had that experience. would think the hotel would correct the website then! also had ants in the bathroom. breakfast was strange in that it was doled out in exact amounts with no regard for what you wanted, and it was very limited, with no refills. not exactly what I would call a “full breakfast”.

we could hear the people in the next room having a birthday party. they did get quiet at bedtime.

The room, jacuzzi tub, breakfast were all great for the most part. I really enjoy the couches and beds. The beds are sooo comfy and the jetted tub is so great to just relax, unwind, have a beer, read and let your muscles and mind completely relax. I have been here previously and the rooms then were barely cleaned, definitely not vacuumed in 1 case but this time it smelled and looked clean and inviting. I recommend this place, if even just for the presidential suites.

The bedroom TV in one of the presidential suites doesn't work and no batteries for that TV anyway if it did. One lady would tell me one thing and the next would tell me something differently. The little refrigerator works but barely, and one lamp didn't work, not a big deal there though.

Easy checkin

Only 1 ice machine for entire bldg. We were on 3rd floor. Ice machine on 1st floor. On our 2nd day main floor front desk to elevators was dirty. Seemed weird since housekeeping was working at same time. Did not get cleaned until sometime after 9 pm.

I liked that there was breakfast ready when we woke up. The beds are ready for us the moment we checked in. Everything was nice and clean and tidy for our stay.

Wish there were more breakfast options.
