The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The lobby had cold beverages available in refrigerators. The beds were comfortable.

This is a large, sprawling motel/cottage compound. It is close to the beach, but across the road. Some parts of the complex are further away and you don't have any view of the beach. It is overpriced when compared to the hotel across the street which has full ocean views. The floors are not carpeted (probably to make it easier to clean up beach sand) but if you are on the ground level there can be loud overhead noises from walking and moving luggage etc.

The hotel is perfectly located, having a comfortable view of the ocean and being within walking distance of it, while not being *too* close for those who get disoriented by or feel uncomfortable because of the ocean (such as myself). The are has just the right ambience, providing a relaxing experience whether you decide to go out and about or spend a day resting. The staff are exceptional, all being on top of visitors' needs to the best of their abilities and keeping everything running smoothly and comfortably. Even in the middle of the night, when no housekeeping staff is available, the staff that is available goes above and beyond to assist where they can if something happens which needs attention, such as providing service to help clean up if a visitor is ill.

The pool was very nice. The breakfasts were really quite good. A good variety of scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins, cereals, fresh fruit and fruit cups, yogurt, cranberry, orange and apple juice, coffee and decaf, biscuits and gravy. It was all very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bump strip on the driveway. Could not understand why it was necessary? One of the restaurants recommended, was very pricey and high end, but the food left a lot to be desired. While another location recommended was great!

The room was amazing, I loved the private entrance and the set up. The breakfast was the best I'd ever had! Although it wasn't supposed to be a pet room they made an exception as no pet rooms were available but 110 is perfect for pet owners with the private entrance and little bit of grass yard so no one else is desturbed by our babies. If it were a pet friendly room I'd always request it!

Although it appeared to be clean at first on closer inspection it was not. The spare blanket was obviously soiled witch naturally led to suspicion about the cleanliness of everything else. Although it was nice to have dinner ware provided it was uneven. More coffee cups and silverware would have been nice.

Location was great. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good.

Did not care for the pool. It was odd. Pool was small and at either end, it was 3.5 feet and in the middle it was 5.5 feet. We went to the pool once and didnt go back bc of the odd layout. The bathrooms could have used an update but overall stay was great. It would have been nice if there were an on-site bar and restaurant.

The woman supervising breakfast on Saturday morning was such a delight, she sang, encouraged, and conversed with us. It was like walking into a family dining room. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and clean. It had a double vanity which was so very nice.

There were hardly any towels at the end of the day at the pool/spa. The door in the bathroom hit the shower bar. Just a bit oddly spaced restroom.

The room was excellent, with a living area, kitchen area and separate bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. This was a great place to stay while traveling with our son, who was able to have the living space to himself and his own bathroom. The room had a balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was good, with lots of options.

There was really nothing that we did not like about this property. Perhaps it was a little spendy.

Lovely facility! Good sized room, clean. Beach access very convenient. Fabulous breakfast! We had a balcony that didn't have a view due to trees blocking the ocean but we could still sit outside and enjoy the sound of the surf. They provided enough chairs on the balcony and in our building that we could have had enough if traveling with our family rather than just as a couple.

No complaints. Enjoyed our two night stay very much. Close to town and the beach access was wonderful! Very clean room with soothing decor. Loved having a balcony.

Was told there would be access to ocean and peak of ocean NOT TRUE. The biggest disappointment was our room was not refreshed and NO COFFEE. We were told AFTER the first night, the room was not supplied with coffee. We were not told that and we were disappointed NO COFFEE REPLENISHED AFTER CHECK IN.

The rooms were nicely decorated and up to date. The bathroom was clean. It looked clean and tidy. The staff was all very friendly! The complimentary breakfast was very nice!

The room was in need of a more thorough cleaning. There were pieces of trash(food bits like chips(kinds that we didn't have) and paper)next to the beds between the bed and nightstand and under/behind the chairs in the room. We found when we were making sure our kids hadn't left anything behind. The lobby was bare! There were signs up stating a remodel but just looked like it had been robbed. Pictures or an explanation of what was being done would have been nice.
