We stay here often because it is close to our family and it is a good value. The rooms are well kept and comfortable, and I have always had great experience with the staff which I really appreciate.

There is an exterior door on the 1st floor that does not lock/secure when closed and there have been issues in this neighborhood (indicated by warning signs in the parking lot) of theft. Also, I don't like that there are no bathtubs available, only showers. This can be difficult with kids.

I stayed because I had to be at Providence St Vincent at 6 am for surgery. We drove from rural Oregon in a snowstorm. We got lost so the 1 hr trip turned into 3 hours. The night clerk and night manager found us sandwiches after the kitchen closed. The night clerk was so nice. O

Rooms were smaller than I expected for a suite but was more than adequate.

I like the cookies at front desk and the room with all the beds was a good price and deal! Thank you! 😊

The elevator was a little slow waiting for. Have liquid soap dispensers in shower would be cool for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have them in some hotels atached to shower wall.

This hotel was about three minutes from my work site, and was the primary reason I selected it. The value was great for what I paid, and the hotel was very pleasant to stay in for someone who had to get up very early. Thankfully, I didn't smell any cigarette or pot smoke in the hallways, hopefully people have got the message that most of us don't like that!

I didn't take up the offer of breakfast, because I was out too early. I did take advantage of the refrigerator, and provided my own breakfast in my room. The divided room was nice, but I would have preferred a fan to give more ventilation to the bed.

ice maker broken on 3rd floor. our dog found a used vape battery somewhere in our room and some pieces of dry large dog food under the air conditioner in our room!

No Coveid restrictions, but we know they are necessary.

The room was very nice. Better than I expected.

I never had breakfast so I can't speak to that. As far as location, there really wasn't much at all walking distance away.

The room was large and very comfortable. I loved the setup with the sofa bed in a sitting room area with its own T.V. and couch and the twin beds in the main room. Very comfortable and very friendly staff. I would recommend for sure!

I wish there were plastic laundry bags for dirty clothes but it wasn't a big issue.

We liked the cleanliness of the facilities considering we are in a pandemic. It was obvious it was very clean.

I booked through booking.com. Was rudely greeted by front desk saying they don’t use their services anymore and there was an issue with payment. Although by the time we arrived it was resolved. I paid extra for breakfast but yet not was included.

The location was near to freeway and amenities.

There was a power outage for many hours one of the days I was there.
