The bed was really comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was attentive and accommodating. The included breakfast was quite good--especially the oatmeal bar with 8 different topping choices. We've stayed here before when visiting relatives in Beaverton. The location is close to their house, and just about 15 min from downtown Portland.

One thing that would make breakfast better would be to add some gluten free baked goods, and some non-dairy yogurt. And maybe some brown sugar for the oatmeal bar.

The staff were very friendly, and the room and facilities were clean and super convenient. Loved the pool, and the internet TV. The windows having curtains and a decorative privacy shade was a wonderful addition! The shower was very large, no bathtub but that didn't bother me.

The room was advertised as "sound proof" but I woke up around 6 a.m. to someone stomping around above us, and I could still hear our neighbors coughing or sneezing. Definitely better than a lot of other hotels I've stayed in, but "sound proof" is a bit of a stretch.

I liked the grab n go, however I stayed two days and I thought that my order would repeat on the 2nd day as that is what I thought the hotel staff told me upon check in. However, I guess I needed to put in another order on day two, as I didn't have anything waiting for grab n go on day two. That could have been my mistake.

I would have liked a selection for fruit other than a fruit cup - such as a banana or apple.

Beautiful setting. You would not know you were just off the freeway and a busy road. Lots of trees and landscaping. Hotel was nicely appointed and clean. Breakfast had satisfactory choices. Nice patio for eating, as well. Very convenient to area businesses and freeway to downtown. Very enjoyable for a longer stay.

We had two stays during our trip to Portland with a trip to the coast between them. We were charged $40 and $50 fees for internet each time. I refused to pay for it. I noticed the charges on our printed receipt. If I had not asked for the printed receipt, I would most likely have missed the charges.

The opportunity to go to the back and lounge aside from everything else.

If I were to give the hotel anything less than a “5” on this question, it would be that the breakfast isn’t ALL the up to my satisfaction. Choices on the protein side could improve as well as the options for waffles.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were real down and super 🥰 comfy.

I specifically chose this hotel because it had an okay indoor pool, however, we didn't find out until we had our swimsuits on and went down to the pool and discovered that the pool had been closed for two years. Luckily Jennifer was very kind and let Management know how heartbreaking it was and they did give me a partial refund.

When we checked in the front desk lady was a little rude, she was not friendly at all or helpful with giving information. We had to ask questions in order for her to speak. The breakfast was a little disappointing regarding the selection and availability of items. The room was great, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was very good and as expected. The location was close to the Tennis Center and was in a very nice area and we felt safe there. The people at the desk were very helpful and friendly and smiling.

No micro wave in the room. The TV took a while to figure out on to get to the channels. Would have been nice to have a waffle maker in the eating area as many motels do have this item.

Fairfield Inn & Suites is a clean and comfortable motel. it’s actually less expensive than it’s neighbors which makes it a good value. The staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent. There’s plenty of parking and the location is convenient. Across the street is a restaurant and a convenience store. Fairfield Inn & Suites is close to the highway and other amenities. This property would be my first choice on the West side of Portland.

Only found one elevator. Think there should be more.

Convenient & centrally located, friendly & courteous staff, cleanliness, great breakfast area (husband loved having the single-packed almond milk),
