They were very willing to accommodate my son & I for an early check-in at the last minute. They offer cocktails for purchase at the front desk as well as some basic essentials and snacks/sweets. I always love staying at the Hyatt because the beds are the most comfortable. Complimentary breakfast and noon check-out are always a plus. Also, this location is walking distance from shops and food.

Parking was limited it seems due to being in close proximity of an apartment complex so when I ended up with a family members car on my final night I did have to valet park but, I appreciate the luxury of valet.

I’m extremely annoyed with their new valet parking. Apparently they use a parking garage a few blocks away when it’s an “overflow”in order to keep taking cars, but they do not inform the guests of this. I was prepared to leave @ 4:30 am to catch my early morning flight. I could not find my rental car in the hotel parking lot and was told by the hotel clerk it might be in the parking garage a few blocks away. Since it was still dark outside I was scared to go to where the hotel desk clerk stated where I might be able to find the car. Long story short I had to drag my luggage over there to find the car and I missed my flight. Their system for valet parking doesn’t work if you are parking your hotel guests cars somewhere else and not informing your guests.

The room was very clean and I loved the big windows! It was well-equipped with everything we needed from toiletries to glasses and a wine opener. The bed was really comfortable and I really liked being able to control the temp in our room. The staff was very friendly, especially the valet guys, we appreciated that! We also utilized the complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste, since we forgot ours at home for our quick trip. I also loved the location. The hotel is about a block away from an amazing food truck court and other restaurants.

My only complaint is that it wasn't clear on the Booking.com listing that it was valet parking only at the property or parking at a garage a few blocks away. It was confusing when we arrived and we weren't expecting to have to pay for valet. I think it just needs to be made more clear on the listing so people know ahead of time!

Location and amenities. Gorgeous and clean property. Friendly staff. The neighborhood was quiet and the room was tastefully appointed. Will return if in the area.

The omlette from the omlette chef was the worst I've ever had. Like a hard egg patty, folded with remnants of stuff in it that resembled the requested ingredients. Not too disappointed because I never have high hopes for a free hotel breakfast. The parking is a bit of a drag, but then again...that goes for all of Portland.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Clean room and facilities. 24 hr access to fitness center. Good hot coffee and tea always available at lobby.

No self-parking. Have to pay $15 at Beaverton Central Garage and it does not have in/out for a flat daily rate. But at least the garage is pretty close and safe.

Super modern and really clean property. We booked a large room for our family with king bed and sofa bed. we also had two dogs and the room was perfect for our needs. the room also came with a kitchenette, which included a dishwasher! Breakfast in the morning was great and we would definitely return.

Parking fee was $40. We didn’t realize we were going to have to pay additional parking on top of the reservation. I found that information after the fact. This site indicates it will be $30, so your site is wrong (or we were over charged).

I like the location along with that the view from top floor was amazing 😍 Local station and food court is in walking distance . It’s just 4 miles away from Washington square mall and other recreational areas. I enjoyed the morning breakfast and quality of food is really great and decent options for breakfast buffet.

Everything. The staff was amazing. They took real care in their guests' stays. The Valet team was super nice as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness and quiet in the hotel.

I would have appreciated the housekeeping schedule. I did not know what days or times to expect my room to be done. Everything else was STELLAR!
