Very convenient by the mall. The lady that welcomed us was very sweet and helpful, and the room was peaceful.

The bathtub faucet was a bit of a challenge to reach. The food choices and quality was not very good. It is nice they offer though. We also asked one of the ladies what was happening in the hotel since there were so many people coming in. She didn’t give me a straight answer, and stayed vague. we were trying to figure out if it was something that we could check out, but she refused to give us the information. Which was very weird to us. we didn’t like to make a fuss so we left it at that, and this was just that one lady, but everyone else was very nice.

the two room suite is lovely and separates into a bedroom and sitting room. the atmosphere is great. having a restaurant on site is convenient as being close to Washington Square Mall. We love staying here as in the past had an awesome experience each time.

I don't mean to be a grumpy traveler .....the AC temperature in room wasn't cold enough at 63 degrees. I wish they had a lightweight blanket instead of a quilt inside a blanket duvet that you couldn't break apart on the bed. Bed was okay

Clean, friendly staff, lots of amenities!

Pool was over crowded, lots of kids diving in the pool and not enough seating for the ones who were there to watch their kids. It was very humid in that room. Also, with as big as the place is there should be another set of elevators, with a limit of 5 people per ride that’s impossible to get anywhere. Especially for the ones who are not able to take the stairs.

The best breakfast, tables with enough space between one and the other The cleaning they have is impeccable, the truth is that I had not had to be in another place as clean as this one. Not to mention that the Chef’s prepares a delicious breakfast.

Nothing to mention all very good quality.

We love the omlet bar and happy hour that is offered. We observed that like a lot of businesses, there appeared to be a staff shortage in the bar and restaurant area. Some customers were not very understanding.

We wished there would be a cut off time for small children in the pool area. The hot tub was crowded with small children jumping in and out, splashing in the hot tub at nearly 9:30 pm. Also, the towels were all gone when we arrived at 8:30 pm. We intentionally came later to relax and avoid the spring breakers that might have been at Embassy. Also, the barn style door handles in the bathrooms are in an awkward position, there were several smashed fingers.

Front desk very friendly and efficient. Room was good, but had a few minor problems that were fixed quickly. Shower was fast get hot, but pressure is weak. Bed is comfortable, but perhaps a bit soft, same with pillows. Food, if you like eggs everyday, this the place to be. Fruit way way to young. Rock hard. Pancakes on a Monday were a nice change to the buffet and we're gone before the cook can make the next batch. Muffins are ok, but to industrial. The banana/nut muffin smells bad and makes you wonder what kind of chemicals are in it.

Better selection in buffet section. Omelette cooks should make closed face omelettes. Current open format let's the filling out. Also weekend cooks in omelette world need to be less generous with the oil. 4 napkins to soak up the excess.

I loved the staff and the clean room and the super comfortable bed

If I am being honest I would ask that you look into room 605 I couldn’t tell where it was coming from but every 2 hrs or so there was a loud metallic clanging sound that would last for about 5 minutes. When sleeping that became kind of inconvenient.

Fancy place at affordable rate! EXCELLENT breakfast, free DRINKS and cookie, indoor pool and hot tub, clean and comfortable, large rooms. Very friendly staff. If I'm ever back in Portland I'd love to stay here again.

There were items in room that were extra charge. I didn't want them, would rather they weren't there. Wifi wasn't free to non-elite guests. No prob, I can live without for one night, but it was unexpected. One expects to have wifi, especially when staying in an upscale establishment such as this.

convenient location, plenty of parking, excellent free breakfast and free cocktails were not watered down! Our room was quite large, separate bedroom and living room, large desk and sofa in living room. Also had a good store that was open late. Older hotel but very clean!

Only one entrance, so if it’s busy you may have to walk a little far as you may have to park around the back. Also chlorine smell was strong outside the pool.

I love how the room was BIG. I love a big space. The idea of having the rooms face each other and the dining area being in the middle was genius! Beautiful place!

I didn’t like the fact that I only stayed for one night. Hoping to visit more often in the near future!
