The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses we've slept on. The room had a great new refrigerator with a large freezer area which was perfect for refreezing several blue ice blocks for our cooler. The fridge was spacious and held a 1/2 gallon of juice, a gallon of milk, fruit and restaurant leftovers, with room for more. Unlike many motel refrigerators this one was very quiet! We come through Bend two times a year and after trying three other motels over the past couple of years, we finally found a budget hotel that doesn't feel cheap and old. We will return here for sure!

The shower took a long time to warm up, so I felt like we were wasting water waiting to get hot enough. But, once it was heated it was a comfortable temperature and flow rate.

Room was great, two beds set up in a way that gave us some privacy from each other. Clean, nicely updated decor and quiet location near a grocery outlet, del taco and arby's if you don't want to drive the 10 mins in either direction to TONS AND TONS of shopping eating and exploring. WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! Felt like Schitts Creek's motel

toilet and shower had low water pressure, not really an issue but did kinda surprise us. Not a deal breaker, I'll be back!

Great value - lowest cost for everything we needed. Ample room for a family of four, clean, comfortable beds, shower & bath with toiletries, fridge & microwave, little coffee pot, phone charging usb port, free parking, and most of all proximity to both Bend and Mt. Bachelor. The manager was always available when needed, and it was evident that care was taken in the presentation of the room for our arrival - sweet little housekeeping touches. Much better quality than most low budget motels we've experienced.

I loved it. Pricey. Because of summertime. That is my only complaint. Very nice owner and his son. Very clean. Nice air conditioning. Centrally located. Nice clean surroundings. I had 3 beds. Too many but I got the last room being held for a family. I had room 9.

No blow dryer. Bought an inexpensive one at Target. That's the only thing. Liked everything.

This hotel is amazing, highly recommended. I am a local here and I have been working in the hotel industry for 3 years, also work for two hotels on site in town for housekeeping and front desk. I was blown away by the high quality of rooms and presentations of set up. Very clean, spacious rooms at a great rate. If I need to book a room in future I'd return no questions asked

The check-in process went smoothly. The room was very spacious. The bed was quite comfortable. The room was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water was hot! The air conditioner worked wonderfully. The motel was in a great location. The property was clean and well kept. Parking was close to the room.

There is nothing that I can think of that would have improved the quality of my stay!

All in all, the Chalet Motel was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. It was close to where we wanted to visit in Bend and I cannot complain.

Very clean room, recently refurbished by all signs, comfortable beds, easy to use AC controls. Close to several restaurants and fast food venues on 3rd St.

The room was great! It was laid out in a unique way to fit 2 queen beds, staggered. Very functional. In the corner over the frig and microwave is a shelf for the coffee pot. Big enough for the breakfast stuff I brought, and my rice cooker. Very clean. Even the carpets, which is sometimes an issue in small hotels. The water pressure is amazing. The Manager is very nice. It wasn't a problem to extend my stay.

It was very convenient for our stay everything was in just a walk away and everyone was very nice. Thank you for our stay.

There was nothing that I didn't like you got everything good there.
