located downtown so walking distance to shopping & restaurants. rooms are large and airy. there's a small but very pleasant exercise room on the top floor next to guest laundry. there's also a good restaurant on the lobby floor which is way better than when it was in the basement. and i've never had any problems with the wi-fi. it's always quiet in the hotel so very restful. And there's plenty of good coffee & espresso across the street at Thump or through the alleyway at Lone Pine if you don't feel like driving to the ones across the river.

the beds are starting to get soft and lumpy. it's unsecured parking but i've never had any problems.

Everything was Exceptional. The hotel staff, the location, the room and amenities. I especially loved the french press with local coffee in the room. The hotel restaurant ROAM has great food and wonderful drinks. Heath the bartender was amazing. I can’t tell you enough how great this place is.

The hotel was beautiful. Looks newly remodeled. Also, the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the staff was very attentive to any of our needs.

We had a free stay from booking.com points and the front desk employee charged us the whole amount of over $400. She was only supposed to charge $50 for incidentals. It's been 2 days and it still hasn't been credited. Hopefully she'll get better trained on how to do her job.

The affiliated restaurant was very friendly and the food was more than adequate.

There was some rule that I could not order bread with my dinner. Staff was very happy to provide bread despite the official rule after some discussion.

The Oxford is a world class accommodation. From the Valet to final touchless checkout, the stay was warm, professional and flawless. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Wish I had more time to take in the full experience.

The location was great and the room was wonderfully situated but our favorite detail was the valet we talked to every morning before driving to nearby hikes. He was always curious about what we doing and very excited and my daughter just thought he was the best.

5 out of 6 lights above the hot tub were out.

Delicious and good volume, values breakfast, dinner was acceptable but a bit pricey for a very basic menu. Great location to local shops, restaurants, bars and parks.

We had to pay for parking and the hotel should have mentioned it on their website. Check in out on Sunday had encountered with staffs who weren't attentive which made our departure a negative experience.

Super great location open dining great food choices delicious attractively displayed!! Very helpful staff helping us in and out of our families vehicle with our Tall Walkers. The room was huge. Very comfortable. The spa tub was the main reason I booked a room there—and it was so worth it. Shower with rain head, lovely soaps. I especially loved the French press coffee with the choices of light/med/dark roasts. Staff was wonderful. They texted to see if everything was to my satisfaction, which I appreciated.

It’s definitely worth using the valet service. Commercial parking garage was just around the corner from the entrance.

The staff is well trained too exceed guests expectations. Great location, easy to walk to everything.

I thought it was odd there was no shower in the spa room for after a sauna or steam bath. Loved the steam bath though!
