Check in easy and friendly. Very clean motel that has had some recent'ish upgrades. Rooms are very serviceable and bed was comfortable. Outdoor pool, which we did not use, looked clean and inviting. We like staying here as it's somewhat more affordable than many of the motels in the area, has several dining options and a grocery within walking distance.

Someone on a very loud scooter kept putting up and down the alley and back side of the motel for a majority of both evenings. Couldn't have the bathroom window open. Many homeless folks encamped on the back side of the building, but that happens frequently, along the 3rd. St. Business route, up in Bend. Not a threatening vibe, just sad.

I liked how close this hotel was to my DJ gig, which was only a 10-minute walk away. I also liked how efficient the shower was. Finally, I got a a good night's sleep on the comfortable bed. Overall: A wonderful stay!

They offered free chocolate candies and lollipops at the front desk, but admittedly, the chocolate seemed like it had been there for a while, so the rich chocolate taste wasn't really there, but it's chocolate, so you know I ate that stuff right up anyway before I eat to live (not live to eat).

The lady at the front desk was very kind and even called my cellphone before I showed up to be sure I was going to make it; She upgraded my room to a king-size bed without extra charge. Located short distance from all amenities within the city. Liked the space in room. Bathroom and sink were nice and always appreciate it when you provide soap. I also liked being able to park car right next to my room; easier to load luggage to and from car.

The air conditioning fan in my room kept making this noise that almost sounded like a revving motorcycle, it went on throughout the night as I tried to sleep, had to turn fan off when I usually prefer it on. My room also had an electrical outlet that didn't work, I had to move a lamp stand to a different part of the room to be able to use it.

Hotel and area was clean. A lot of restaurant options close to the facility. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room temperature was easily adjusted to my liking. Room smelled clean.

The bathroom was very small. I felt like they tried to utilize floor space and the bathroom suffered. Had to stand beside the toilet and shut the door before being able to sit in the toilet.

Very pleasant and helpful staff even after midnight. Very clean comfortable. Seemed quite safe, despite being on a busy street. Absolutely no problem with noise or vagrants.

Rooms are a tad small, but not bad for the cost. Lights are very bright, both shining in the window and reading lights. Had to keep black out curtains closed, but it probably adds to the safety of the motel.

Wonderful location, friendly staff, great rooms and very nice price!! Will definitely be staying here again. The area felt safe and there is a restaurant located across the parking lot!

My only complaint is the lighting. Way too bright and flourescent. I would suggest a warmer bulb/lighting for comfort :) The shades are too bright, but I do think that is only because the bulbs are too white and static for the ambience.

Centrally located, clean, had what I needed, Friendly clerks.

The property was fine!! but I was woken up by, I assume, one of the homeless ladies nearby. she was having a conversation with herself outside my bathroom wall from 3:00am until the sun came up. I felt the property met my needs, I just didn’t sleep very well.

The room was clean, great location, and easy for taking dogs out. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean.

Our neighbors were very loud our first and last night. You couldn't leave the dogs in the room and It was really hard to take the dogs every where with us. I think if they are kept in a kennel you should be able to leave them. The pillows were really flat

It was our third visit, so that will tell you something. The name changed in the last year, but it still has the same owners. They work hard to keep this place running smoothly. The room is comfortable (which is important since we usually stay four-five nights. It is always clean and nice. It is nice to have a good budget motel in an expensive city!

We were traveling with four sets of family members.The price for our rooms was very good. The rooms were very clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable, and the front desk people were extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in Bend.

There was nothing we didn't like.
