Motel 6-Canby, OR

The room was clean and smelled nice when we walked in. The AC unit was fantastic and kept the room nice and cool even though the outside temp was 97 degrees Fahrenheit. The TV had quite the selection of channels and the beds were absolutely amazing. Best nights sleep in a long time!!!

The only 2 complaints i could muster is the microwave was an older style (70s maybe?) and the tub didn't have a plug so I had to use a rag.

We arrived with little expectations, However, we were pleasantly surprised to find an immaculate room. Housekeeping was excellent, the hotel was quiet, check in was easy.

If I have to give any criticism at all, I would only suggest that better pillows were provided. This room was excellent.

The staff is very nice, quickly get you checked in . There is 2 buildings, plenty of parking, the Room was very spacious. Clean, flat screen tv. Cable tv (kinda limited on channels) The motel is in a good location because right across the main road is like a little down town area I guess you would call it, shops and taverns, and places to eat, all in walking distance. The town folk are very nice and welcoming.

The only bad would be it’s close to train tracks and the train goes through quickly and several times , seems to be at night more then day. Which if some can’t ignore it , it would be annoying. But it didn’t really bother me much. I would suggest the back building where I was, little further away. Possibly not as loud as being up front. Other then that it’s a good spot to stay snd check out the area.

We came to Canby for a music festival. This is the only hotel in town and was less than a mile from the event. It was a super hot weekend and the AC worked great!

The whole property was a bit run down.

The management was responsive to our needs, extra key and spoons when we needed them because the restaurant didn't include them with our carryout order.

My only complaint is that there was no place to walk my dogs on grass. Would really have liked a grassy area.

It was a convenient location south of the Portland metro area. The Great Oregon SteamUp was several miles south, but this was an available room we could afford.

The rooms were comfortable, very clean, quiet and well setup. The bed was comfortable. This is not a fancy hotel, but as comfortable as we were, you couldn’t tell.

Stayed in many motels in last 10 years... traveling for work... except for lack of extras like breakfast...this motel ranks in the upper middle of the pack

Nice location. The staff is friendly and professional. The room is quite comfortable. Very pleasant to walk across the street into the city center.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated.

No information in the room as to where dining was close by. No information about the motel and the location of your room, ice machine or fire exits.
