The location was great! In a great area very upscale and clean. The hotel itself was so nice! From the moment you walk in to the moment you open your room door everything was so nice and so clean! I loved how elegant the hotel was so pretty! The parking was great and the staff were so nice! The bed was so comfortable! The bathroom is so big and spacious! All the furniture was so clean and so updated! Loved everything about this hotel! Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that really could be better is the lighting in the room. It's horrible! Hardly any light except by the front door in the small hall. Breakfast should be included in the stay! We didn't have breakfast because it was an extra cost. But overall best hotel around!

The facility is newly constructed. New designs, clean, and everyone is up and about. Smart TV. The breakfast is great. The coffee was great. The decor of the coffee shop is great. They have a laundromat, vending machines, gym and a really nice looking store.

Not everything is functioning 100%. I think their rooms lack lighting. Phones aren’t working, so if you need to ask anything, you’ll have to physically go down to the front desk. I’m not sure if they have they have wifi. I kept forgeting to ask.

The location is convenient for us when visiting family in the suburban Wilsonville area. It was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the freeway. The bed was super comfortable, and the coffee in the room was actually good, another surprise. Lots of electrical outlets and bedside tables and lamps are really convenient.

My husband couldn't get his computer to connect to the WiFi, but I didn't have any problem. I was unpleasantly surprised how much they charged for the dog ($75). I assumed there would be a charge but it wasn't published, and I hadn't asked in advance.

This hotel is phenomenal. It has incredible amenities (beautiful outdoor basketball court, pool, firepits, in-house "convenience store," restaurant, pool, beautifully-appointed and clean rooms. Our child also left her favorite stuffie there and the staff found and kept it safe until we picked it up later that day (after checking out).

There was a wedding and a lot of kids at the hotel the night we stayed. We were placed next to the gym, which people were using late into the night, which kept our two young children up - the excessive noise didn't help, either. To the hotel's credit, they did take our noise complaint seriously.

Beautiful newer property. Clean room and very comfortable bed. We were pleasantly surprised to discover our room had a microwave and mini-fridge. Our room was on the road side of the hotel but we still slept very well. The staff are very friendly and professional. There's a store in the lobby that had necessities and some food items, and wine! Excellent overall experience. We highly recommend and we would absolutely stay again.

Great staff at the restaurant, friendly and accommodating. I think the gentleman’s name was Paul? and our waitress were the best! the front desk agent who checked us out was helpful as well. wished us a safe trip back. The weather was particularly bad the night before and day we dined at the restaurant. Your Team was outstanding. very caring and thoughtful. outstanding hospitality!

It’s nicely decorated, on a higher end side, walls seems to be slightly more sound proofing than other hotel.

the bathroom door design is a nuisance, every time u slide open , it swing and create noise. should have a bracket to hold the door when it slides so it won’t hit against the wall. room is on the small size and amenities are just basic. it maybe better to tell me the pet fee when I make the booking, just get to know when I arrive. i sent a message to the hotel that I am bringing a dog but was not mentioned till I arrive.

The Garden Inn is a perfect location for pet lovers. Easy I-5 access yet no traffic noise to bother the pooch. Great walkability: safe neighborhoods for evening exercise and close to Memorial Dog Park and the Willamette River. The reservation attendant was fantastic, making sure my Beagle and I had a first floor room near the back entrance parking lot and the fenced in dog relief area.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was very professional. My first floor room was big with high ceilings and comfy furnishings. It was a comfortable place to return to after busy days. Additionally, I used the well-appointed gym each morning. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and well-taken care of.

It was easy to get to the hotel and convenient for that area of town. Incredible shower! Very comfortable bed. Nice size room.

I could hear I-5 in the room. although, more so in the morning when waking up … quieter (at the important time) when falling asleep. Staff in restaurant is young. One young lady was inattentive and for some unknown reason apparently did not particularly enjoy me or my daughter. (We are adults …. not a young Mom with a little kid.).
