Breakfast was great. I think they refer to it as a "Continental" breakfast, but I think they should say "Hot Breakfast" or something else. Continental usually means cold cereal and packaged pastries and maybe juice or fruit, but at this place there were eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, juice, etc.

It would have been nice if coffee was freshly brewed and available first thing in the morning. The coffee was only offered in the breakfast area and it was okay, but I didn't like the coffee system they had. A regular brew system like Bunn would have been better in my opionion.

small , easy to fix problems like a broken / exposed outlet face ( my grandson wanted to stick a HOT WHEELS in it before mom stopped him ) , laundry did not work even though management said it had just been maintained ( clothes were left wet , unable to dry) , 2 out of 3 staff people were very nice and helpful . day shift woman was not kind about a lost hot wheel car we asked to keep an eye for and the laundry situation

Hotel far exceeded our expectations in all areas! We will definitely recommend and return here soon.

Didn’t like lighting in room 202. The outside lights filtered up above the drapes and below causing it to be bright at night by the corner windows.

The location was very good. The breakfast was spectacular, especially in comparison to the usual Covid-19 offerings. There were an extraordinary number of items; including a hot offering of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, toast and waffles. The staff were cheerful and very accommodating. This Best Western had a large sign in the lobby detailing all the protocols they were following in consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The exterior of the motel has obviously been updated and was attractive. The interior, although all right, needed a refreshing.

The location was great, walking distance of several restaurants. Staff was friendly, accommodate us with a problem and quick chec out.

The first room wasn't in good condition and window didn't open . staff accommodate us by moving us to a better room.

Camille at the front desk was friendly and helpful to everyone! From smooth check-ins to getting blankets for people, she was being exceptionally thoughtful to each guest.

I asked for a room that was close to the breakfast bar and the hot tub and pool and they gave me room number 107 which was perfect.

I have absolutely no complaints about your hotel at all.

Requested a room at the back of hotel had a yes from Best Western, Room was in front next to the elevator to tired to go back and ask for a different room.

We have stayed there on a regular basis for years. It's in a convenient location, Breakfast is good and the beds are very comfortable.

Nothing, it was a good stay.

The staff are so accommodating, noise level was good. Room was clean, had plenty of towels. The cook always has a smile and ready to help as always.

The bed was very uncomfortable ( when I told the clerk, she offered to change our rooms or turn the bed to see it that would help) very willing to help us out. Disappointed in the breakfast, (not the cooks fault) we always look forward to the biscuits and gravy which you took away, plus no pastries. Even waffles would have been nice. Bacon was very, very thin, potatoes and sausage was ok, coffee was good. The cook I’m sure did a great job with what she had. I write a review each time we’ve stayed at all BW’s and bragged about the places, especially the breakfast, this time, not so much, everything except breakfast and the bed (which I heard you are replacing them) was great.
