One odd mmt favorite hotels in the Portland area n threw hotel is sparkling clean every time I've been there and that does apply to the pool area as well I've never seen a pool area so well maintained. The staffbwerenalmost all amazing and I'm sure the one who wasn't was just having a bad day and she was still pretty nice just not as helpful as the others.

The price. I am a rewards member and have stayed at many many many Holiday Inns and they have amazing facilities too but are cheaper. And I understand that different areas different rates but if you look at their rates before the pandemic they were a lot lower. I understand prices generally only go up not down. But it doesn't same fair to raise your rates so much

Location was perfect to visit w our kids & grandkids for Christmas. They live in Oregon City one exit away. Didn’t even have to merge onto 205 in either direction. Staff was very friendly & wishing guests a Happy Holiday even as they were at work themselves. Clever idea to have slipcover on the couch that can be easily washed & replaced between guests. No hot breakfast on the 26th due to snowstorm during the night & staff not all able to get to work. Front desk person was doing several jobs & cheerfully!! A guest was even helping in the breakfast room…..River View a plus!!

No complaints. Thought about searching for a smaller, softer pillow than the giant king size ones but not too important.

We went to a marriage in Oregon City but the location worked out great. It was easy to travel back and forth. The store being close helpeds as did McDonalds for tthe kids

The pool could have been clearer, but the kids had fun in it.

Location was easy to find, and next to a Safeway store. All staff were very helpful and always smiling. Our team of Little League boys loved the pool....and so did the parents. Our room view of the Clackamas River was beautiful. Lots of parking.

The breakfast had lots of options and all the boys ate well. Personally, I like scrambled eggs and potatoes, which were not on the menu. Still, it was 4/5 and I am picky.

The Hotel is under construction for remodeling. I paid with booking .com and was charged also by the hotel. The morning I checked out I brought this error to the attention of the front desk on December 22nd. She said the refund would be emediatly. Still the amount has not been returned.

location, river view, quiet,

overcooked breakfast eggs, homeless sleeping on and around property, some signs of deferred maintenance (spider web covered windows, hallways not vacuumed)

We enjoyed the hot tub in the pool. The staff was very friendly. It was a very good location because of the snow.

Enjoy the breakfast but the eggs were cold and the sausage was cold and hard to eat. Some of it was a lack of staff because of the snow and the staff could not make it in. The hot water was not very hot. The breakfast in the past is a lot better and nice and warm. Like I said it's hard because they did not have all their stuff on hand.

The beds are heavenly, the staff is amazing I will go back for sure. Holiday inn Express makes sure your happy that's why I live then they care.

That I got there very late and didn't have time to enjoy it.

The bed was so comfortable. The rooms are very quiet

I didn't like that they were out of shampoo and conditioner when I paid $200 a night for a room. There was no do not disturb sign so I went down to the front desk and requested one he didn't have any so I told them it's okay cuz I'm checking out today but I just want to let you know I'm checking out at noon and I don't want to be bothered. So they come up and knock at the door to give me my do not disturb sign. Also the TV in this room was smaller than the room that I only paid $135 a night for at this hotel last weekend I didn't understand that. I upgraded my room and paid about $75 a night more because I wanted a tub

The room was exceptional including linens. Most rooms this nice cost double . Looked like a recent upgrade.

The windows in halls and foyer Around elevators were dirty, cobwebs, shabby broken blinds. Not any directional signs for elevator location. Neighborhood looks questionable. View of river included homeless sleeping under bridge. Carpet in bedroom needs replaced . Not many restaurants close by. I’m guessing lobby and halls will soon be renovated.
