We took our grandkids to the Oregon Coast in February. Knowing it will rain some, if not most of the time, the inside pool was such a hit with the kids. Made our time at the beach a perfect blend of time on the beach and time in the pool. Grandma enjoyed the fact that she could order online from the local deli and pick up breakfast, lunch, or dinner by walking to the deli just two minutes away on the property. Genius!

Loved having a kitchen, but with the four of us we went through the available plates, bowls, etc. provided. Might want to bring paper products and have less of a hassle with clean up or using the dishwasher multiple times.

The situation of this hotel was fantastic. Right on the shore and facing west . Every room can watch the sunset which when we were there simply beautiful. Although quite a large facility there is miles of wonderful sandy beach and dunes to explore. The rooms are well appointed and have balconies and chairs to sit and watch the scenery. It was a thing memories are made of.

The was no real dining option in the neighbourhood. There is a small cafe on-site but that would very easily become overcrowded especially for those seeking breakfast. There is however a well stocked shop for self catering.

We booked this hotel for the pool area and it did not disappoint! The splash pad area, separate smaller pool that only gets to 1.5ft for littles, the big pool and a huge hot tub were all perfect! We also didn’t know until we got there that there was an inside play area with a slide and such so that was an added bonus. The view and the sound of the ocean was amazing and at night we could even hear frogs.

The play area for the kids could have been a little cleaner. Our tv in our room cut out every few minutes and we would have to restart the tv.

Great location, very calm and relaxing location. Recently remodeled, clean, great kitchen. Cute pool. Perfect beach access. Doesn’t have continental breakfast but easy to use the kitchen or order from the little market, which you can for all meals.

It’s remodeled but an older property. We stayed during spring break and were on the bottom floor. Poor insulation so sounded like elephants above us. Alarms went off one morning for no reason. Bring your own blankets; they give you a sheet, thin blanket, sheet, and did not have extra blankets.

The location was great.great views from the room. Easy access to the beach.

We have stayed there many times in the past. It has been a few years since we stayed there last. We always liked the fact that they had a nice restaurant and lounge so we didn't have to go anywhere else. We assumed it was still that way (I know what they say about assuming).We were disappointed that that was not the case. They have a small Deli with limited seating.

You can't get a better view or location on the Oregon Coast! You can lay in bed and watch the waves roll in! You can be in the waves in 5 minutes as well!!! That's how good this location is! You can either sit on the patio and enjoy the view or be on the beach in minutes. The sunset is just as beautiful from your room as it is on the beach. That's so nice! This facility was good for families or couples. The proximity of the beach to your room is so convenient for parents and kiddos. Also for our old broken down bones! The location alone is worth staying here at least once in your life. This is an older beach resort. I don't see that as a bad thing. It adds to the charm! Except for the mirrored closet doors, I could have lived without that nostalgia. Our room was clean. We loved the deli and market! We had a good time!

There's no daily room cleaning services currently. It's not that big of a deal, but if you stay a few days, the towels and garbage piles up. I'm sure they would've come and picked it up if I asked. The staff was always courteous and accommodating. But! Extremely rushed! I didn't see one employee who wasn't hustling to try to get to everything, and everyone. This team obviously works hard. We had a pet room, which I'm sure isn't the most recently renovated room. The room could use a new microwave. The microwave made a terrible sound and took far too long to heat anything up.

We were on the fourth floor and had a beautiful view of the beach. The room was spacious, we had two toddlers with us and we had enough room for all of their travel toys. The room we stayed in had silverware, plates, cups, and dish soap for our use. Their market is amazing. The deli was great, food was good and reasonably priced. There is a kids play area and my kiddos loved it. The indoor pool was fun as well as their kid splash zone area.

The bed was not as comfortable but it was okay for the time we were there.

Lanai

1. Walls were PAPER THIN. I could hear every word distinctly and movement of both sides of my room. I was really surprised, as the property had been renovated. 2. No grab bars in the bathtub/shower, no rubber mat, or textured tub and was slippery. I was shocked! This is so dangerous and a potential accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. I hope the property makes this simple correction to each and every room. 3. Restaurant was closed due to COVID Dec. 2021, which is sad. It was replaced with a deli and market. It was nice, but a restaurant would be an asset.

I enjoyed how close it was to the beach and that they offered a deli and store on the property.

The walls were very thin and could hear even a light conversation from neighbors. The water was also freezing after 2 minutes then it wouldn't get hot at all after that. Couldn't give the kiddos a hot bath after the cold and sandy beach.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and the views were amazing! And the proximity to the beach can't be beat. The room was clean, and we felt secure in the area.

The rooms were small, but adequate. The website advertises a market, and the menu prices re quite reasonable. However, they are reasonable because the 'kitchen" is a microwave. All the food appeared to be frozen. It wasn't really bad, just unexpected.
