The location is incredible and the staff are very friendly.

The whole building is completely outdated and a bit run down. It also could use a good cleaning. Our thermostat in our room was broken so it was a furnace all night. Luckily they had a portable fan in the room. Sadly it’s a bit overpriced for what you get. I think it may be time for a big remodel.

Would have rated this stay excellent but the cups were dirty and the coffee pot was terrible filthy, other than that was great! Liked the location. Staff very friendly.

A little over priced housekeeping could do better.

This was the location I was most excited about when I booked the trip. Loved the location, hearing the sound of the ocean, taking walks in morning and evening. It was a little crowded for a family of 5 but we made due. The room could have used a screen on the window so that there wasn't a threat of something flying into the room. The staff was friendly and we had so much to do in the surrounding areas.

Smaller room than expected, especially with the rollaway bed. Hotel needs a face lift, and the window in room needed a screen for safety.

The view was great, balcony was a priority and we had that. The room was large and spacious. The kitchenette was an extra surprise. Beds were comfortable. Loved the s’mores campfire they did. View from the front of the property is awesome. Liked that it was next to a park and a trail. Definitely will return.

Balcony door was hard to open, kept sticking on the track. You had to lift it to move it. Also the lock didn’t work so you had to put a stick in the track when the door was closed. I felt it could have used more lighting but might just be a personal preference.

Good location, really great ocean view - I recommend paying the extra for the ocean facing room. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, standard amenities, e.g., coffee, mini-fridge, microwave, and nice spacious room. Grab and go breakfast was a plus

Property is a bit old and dated, slightly rundown in places, but they are currently working on updates. Also, seemed a little pricey, but maybe not for the area, which is popular and a bit expensive.

The food in the restaurant was well prepared and presented. Also, we had an ocean view room on the second floor so the sooner you from our room was great. It appeared to us that many of the guests had in frequent this facility for years. 

There is a major construction project going on at the property, so there are the unavoidable negative consequences of that.  This issue may be related to the construction project, but both my friend and I, who took showers an hour and a half apart, ran out of hot water at the end of our showers.  Finally, there is a happy hour from 4 PM to 5 PM. First, this would be better timed from 430 or 5 PM to six or 6:30 PM. Also, the happy hour drinks, which were a bloody Mary for me and a margarita for my friend, were about the worst drinks we have ever had. At a cost to Adobe of less than a dollar per drink, the happy hour drinks could be decent, respectable drinks, worthy of a facility of this caliber. 

I looked everything, it was my third time staying at the Adobe & I look forward to staying there again.

The bathroom fan didn't work. I hate to bring it up but we stayed in room 206. Below our window, it seemed like a popular place for some staff to take a break. Not a big deal but their pot smoke kept wafting up to our window. I also noticed that one of the staff kept urinating between the dumpster enclosure & the garbage can; in plain view of half the parking lot or anybody who happened to be looking out their window.

The room and view were amazing! The staff were VERY helpful.

I was excited to book a romantic getaway in a King room with a hot tub ocean view. Unbeknownst to us, Booking.com booked two different rooms for our two nights. So when we got there to check in, the staff had to work around how to allow us to stay in the same room for two nights. The customer service from booking.com was not helpful, but the hotel staff made sure we had an excellent stay. I could tell that it was the off season skeleton crew, but they still had thoughtfulness and hospitality in focus. The hotel is okay but well loved and cared for. Off season = renovation time, but it wasn't invasive. The views alone were worth it and the path along the rocky coastline is awe inspiring.

We had a big enough room to add additional bed (5 of us) with the view of the ocean and direct access to the shore. The location is spectacular as long as you have a room with a view. There is a wheelchair accessible trail which goes either to the village of yachats or to the beach. The location is very relaxing and close to many places worth seeing at Oregon coast but not close to restaurants or shops. My son appreciate the swimming pool. Big parking

Breakfast included in the price would be a plus.

The location was directly on the ocean with rooms and restaurant overlooking the rocky coast and the 806 ocean trail adjacent which makes for an easy and beautiful hike along the coast. The adjacent Smelt Sands State allows for somewhat easy access for beach-combing and pooling at low tide. Also 5 minutes to town and 15 minutes to Cape Perpetua Natural area with lots of trails and amazing views.
