The guy when I checked in had us on the second floor I had my grandson with me that's almost 2 and there was no elevator so he put us in a room on the main floor thank you for that.

I work nights and woke up late the lady at the front desk was rude and not very understanding to someone that works nights and has a almost 2 year old with them on why I couldn't be out of the room in 30 minutes and was treating to charge my card for another nights fee even though I was checking out that day so I would have paid for something I wouldn't even get to use.

The staff are very friendly especially the night girl her name is Lucy very helpful I like that they had the hot tub in the pool for a good value they were helpful very helpful in finding me a room that I needed because of a disability and that they know me by name because I come here often and they know me by name and know exactly what I need when I get there and it's very conveniently located

I didn't like that the hot tubs Jets weren't very good and it wasn't very clean and I didn't like the advertised breakfast but all you get is a granola bar in a bag and a yogurt to me that's not breakfast

I wasn't able to use it but I was glad that it had a pool and spa and fitness area and business office. I was happy to have breakfast. Places to eat and so are nearby.

My daughter said the bed was uncomfortable and hurt her back the next morning. But, it was still a good place to be for a quick overnight stay. It cost a little more than the quality inn that is across the street and that place was of better quality.

Did not eat breakfast, pool was good. Location was convenient. Hard floors are better than carpet, thank you. Quiet.

Smokers outside rear entrance made that area smell of cigarette smoke (not good). Limited egress to main streets, right turns only. No bar soap provided, toilet clogged (nothing we did) but was fixed promptly. No elevator.

My stay provided WELCOMED & needed comfort! Clean, everything worked (including wifi), amenities were in proper working order and CLEAN as were the towels and bed linens. Bathroom was immaculate tub/shower w/ massage head (bonus!) and it was quiet, inside and out, all night. No scary people hanging out in the parking lot or in&out 'traffic' like the previous place but for the same price!! I would stay there again if ever in need of an overnight close to my home - made my 18 hrs feel like a vacation, felt safe and obviously the property was managed well - even had an indoor pool (didn't use)! Very secure and great location to stores and restaurants!

Only 1 exception but I think because this was a disabled person room - strong smell of urine in the carpet by sink area but nowhere else. Open air window helped offset odor so it wasn't any big deal :-)

The front desk gal, I believe her name was Lacy, was absolutely amazing and helped out two gals getting to know Portland. The breakfast wasn't continental, but that was due to Covid. I wish it went a little later as well. Nonetheless, this was a pretty good place for the price. The beds were pretty comfy, the pool was open, and the staff really do want to help you. They cleaned our rooms impeccably while we took a day trip to Portland. The TriMet bus stop towards downtown Portland is right across the street as well, very accessible, along with food and gas stations right near by. I would stay here again!

Well, the toilet wasn't quite connected to the floor. You would sit down, and almost topple over! But it was a minor inconvenience, nothing bad happened. I also wish the breakfast was back to normal but I totally understand why it wasn't due to Covid.

I liked the fact that they didn't bother us at all except to ask us how we were doing.

I understand because COVID-19 housekeeping isn't as hands on as they used to be. Cleaning every room every day but for as long as we stayed it would have been nice of the housekeeper to offer a roll of toilet paper, fresh towels clean sheets etc. We didn't see her but twice and only once was she bearing towels.

I give a score of zero  would have been an easy 10 I Went out of my way beyond what was nessesary  to ensure housekeeping would have little to nothing to do to prepare for next guest because I desperately needed my deposit back....I got half of it taken over management saying my towels were soiled???  A soiled 3or less star rating motel towel does not cost 50$ Further more I was told they were piled outside my door?   My linens were inside the room and further more even if had piled them outside the door who is to say they were mine?!!!    I needed    THAT MONEY.....I WANT     ...... THAT MONEY....  SIGNED, SHELLY NICHOLS AKA- DISAPPOINTED

My money being just outright taken from me by a desk clerk expected to drive all they way back on Monday to "discuss" it with management? If she didn't have the authority to fix the problem she shouldn't have it to create the problem. It's a soiled towel ....50$ ? The Quality of the towels weren't worthy of a set for 50

Great location with easy access to either the freeway or to HWY 26 to Mt. Hood. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean both inside and out. The staff was very welcoming and felt like they truly cared to be working there.

The property is older and the floors show plenty of wear.

The staff was helpful in the night and very nice. It was easy to get towles and go swimming. The maid service brought new towels and took out the trash to keep it tidy for us we didn't want full maid service and they did just what we asked everyone was very helpful even the snappy women who worked in the morning although she was kinda rude to people!

There was a women who worked the morning shift that seemed rude to a lot of people and just stressed and overwhelmed said the person before her didn't do their job which is unprofessional of her to be telling the customers that. She was quite snappy.
