Great price. Comfortable bed. Room temperature easy to regulate. Very large room with refrigerator and microwave. Surprisingly quiet; no guest or traffic noises. Extremely friendly and helpful staff for front desk and breakfast room. Didn't use, but a large pool plus guest laundry room (great for families). Close to shopping and restaurants. Free parking. Fabulous breakfast and hostesses. One of the best breakfast we've had in traveling throughout the US. Partially self serve and hot items prepared by hostesses. Trays to carry items to your room, if preferred.

Lumpy pillows. Shower head didn’t throw water very far, so had to stand within inches of the shower wall, however, there was plenty of hot water. Parking might be tight if hotel is completely full. The breakfast room is cozy and under normal situations, a suitable size to handle the flow of guests. However, a high school softball team camped out in the breakfast room with only one table available for other guests. Not the hotel's fault and the hostesses were very gracious in attempts to mitigate the situation and deserve recognition as exemplary employees!

I normally do not love Best Westerns, but I will say that this hotel really gave us the bang for the buck. It was very inexpensive for a family of 6 and included an awesome hot breakfast. We got a room with 3 beds, which hardly ever happens when we travel. The pool was large, the hot tub actually worked, the sauna was awesome. From the outside it looks like an older hotel, but the inside is totally new. Very clean! My only complaint is that the bathroom was tiny, but that's not a big deal, considering how little time you spend in the bathroom on a trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Tiny bathroom. But there was a jacuzzi tub in the room with three beds. I didn't use it because I don't trust whether or not there is mildew in jets, but it was nice to have a bath and not just a shower.

The pride of the housekeeping staff is very apparent in the rooms. I have not been in a room that was so well cared for in a very long time. I also appreciated that the breakfast was actually served by staff--it was so much cleaner than when people are helping themselves.

Staff was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and welcoming. We had adjoining rooms that made the experience really nice for the family and the accommodation felt large and roomy. The rooms had everything we needed including coffee makers, mini-fridges, and microwave ovens.

Would have been keen to have extended pool hours but that isn't really reasonable (they close at a normal 10pm, but I always like a swim...).

The continental breakfast staff was awesome the front counter staff was awesome. The room was great. To make a short story I was impressed. I've stayed at alot of different motels-hotels and it was great. For now on only going to try to stay at a Best Western.

it’s well kept and in a great location room was huge pillows were great. end of hall room never even heard another guest the 3 days there. water pressure and temp were amazing. staff were great and so accommodating this is a location I would continue to choose when in town

The ladies serving breakfast were very sweet to my kids. Pool looked great, wish we had time to use it.

Did not like the pillows at all, too fluffy and hurt our necks. Room was not vacuumed well, lots of crumbs around the beds when we checked in.

The pool was warm and clean. I was shocked when I went to get breakfast and I was greeted by a nice young man you served pancakes, eggs, Hashbrowns and Biscuits and gravy. I figured Yogurt and cereal would be the only options. We will stay again.

Hotel was updated everything was easily accessible, breakfast area was excellent and the fact that they had a server in there stepped up the continental breakfast a little bit.

Parking was not a problem and room was easily accessible from the parking lot.

There was a guy and I can’t remember his name that worked at the front desk and then in the kitchen and he was so nice and super friendly
