I have stayed at this hotels many times. All good but one time. Someone had a cat and the handcapped room was not cleaned. Mistakes do happen. Staff moved us to a another hadicapped room with an adjoining room and compensated us and a crew was in there early the next morning to sanitize it. They take cleanliness very seriously.I decided to try the hotel again because I love this hotel. This time the room was excellent! Smelled wonderful and I couldn't find anything dirty! Im so glad I decided to go back there. This will always be the hotel we stay at when we come to town! 🙂

easy parking, warm shower with good water pressure, large TV, quick check-in, easy access to lots of restaurants & shoppes, spacious room, comfortable bed.

The pillows were as hard as a rock. I thought the price was reasonable - however, Booking.com charged me for this hotel prior to my stay, they were not supposed to charge my card until my arrival. I also requested to remove my Friday stay - I spoke to Ellen who adjusted my reservation. I did this well before the cancellation deadline. instead I was charged for both nights, and I was charged again once I checked in. when I spoke to the front desk person during checkout he was rude and unhelpful.

I believe that the breakfast was the best part of our stay!! The women who maintained the breakfast service were friendly, very efficient, and kept the choices fully stocked. Great job, ladies!!

Was a bit disappointed with the infrequent housekeeping services until we read the info card in the room telling us that it was that way by design to conserve energy. No problems.

I like that Breakfast started early. Solid easy breakfast, nothing exciting but hit the spot, did its job. Waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, english muffins, juices, and Good coffee. The staff was friendly and outgoing with their pleasant offers of assistance. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The pillows were nice. The room smelled fine. I was honestly overall very pleasantly surprised

The hallway to my room was a little eerie. I didnt LOVE the bathroom setup, that was a little weird. It took me a long time to find the secret inner curtain to close to block the people in the parking lot from seeing in my room. I had wished there was a slice of cheese in my breakfast sandwich & breakfast ham rather than sausage. I wish there was hashbrowns and a grits. With a free Washington Post to raid the crossword puzzle. That would take the breakfast from fair to outstanding. But for real, my expectations were low and I was pleasantly surprised, very well rested, caffeinated and my belly full before I headed to work for the day

I was disappointed a bit. I booked for one adult and 2 kids 12 & 14. When I booked it said it was a bed and pull out couch. We got there to one bed. No couch. And when I asked for an extra blanket and pillow for my 14 year old to sleep on the floor, the front desk said she’s not sure she has any?! First of all, how do you expect 3 people to sleep in a room with one bed? And second, why wouldn’t you have pillows and blankets?? Luckily, we were exhausted and the kids fell asleep quick…but my 14yo was sore and grumpy in the morning. just disappointed we weren’t all comfortably sleeping.

Convenient to the venue we needed, walking distance to restaurant, ample parking.

We got a handicapped room, the walk in shower was large but the shower curtain didn't prevent water from getting all over the floor, also the shower head didn't raise high enough.

Everything, location located near lots of shops, restaurants, gas stations, cleanliness, room size , coffee at entrance, backyard patio, gym and service

I would have liked to have a little alternate with the bkfst options

The breakfast was great and easy access to the rooms.

The beds were rather stiff and uncomfortable without adjustments. Also asked a staff member at the front desk one more requesting room service and it wasn’t followed through. I had to go to the front desk after hours to request extra towels and wash cloths.

Breakfast was good.

carpet in room was so dirty. Walked around in room before getting ready for ready on Saturday. just happened to look at botyom of feet, totally black. Washed and dried feet.Walked around around again on carpet to double check, totally black again!!!! Carpets need cleaned! Then we slepted in bed with dirty feet before we knew.

It was comfortable and clean and the location was close to lots of restaurants. The facilities were excellent for the price.

Everything was great; I liked having a complimentary breakfast but a few more items would have made it better.
