Good size room, good lighting, large bathroom quite well designed for disabled persons, though a walk in shower is better than a tub. Friendly helpful staff. Great and fast Dominos pizza delivery (staff had a menu that facilitated ordering). Very clean.

This is a no smoking hotel ... but clearly someone had been smoking at some point. I didn't immediately notice the residual smoke scent in the pillows (was very light scent but I'm allergic so after using them for a night, I could definitely smell the smoke and I had an allergic reaction). I mentioned the problem to reception, for them to alert housekeeping to remove those specific pillows.

Great location for my needs. Staff was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. Room was clean and neat and very quiet, just the way we like it. We enjoyed our stay.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable-very hard mattress. Also I had requested a handicap room. I got a room with a tub and I as hoping to get a walk in shower. The next time I book any hotel room I will be sure to specify that I do not want a tub but just a shower.

Loved everything about this hotel except for the beds. they’re the old spring beds and very uncomfortable. They advertise these rooms as queen rooms but they’re actually full beds. I’m 6’2” and my feet hang off the bed. The hotel was super clean and the staff were awesome/ very friendly. I would definitely stay here again but with a back brace lol.

THE BEDS

Breakfast was excellent. We were both impressed with the spread. The staff person working breakfast was very attentive, kind and helpful. Our room was extremely quiet. We never heard anyone else on our floor although I'm sure they were there.

The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. This was disappointing- we wish we would have known at booking.

Location was excellent, good breakfast. We needed and got fresh towels in the morning, without asking. The staff was pleasant and helpful, they honored my husband's military service with a discount that was greatly appreciated.

Your staff was wonderful, & knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very nice, clean and breakfast was a wonderful treat. I would certainly stay with you again & highly recommend your hotel to all. Thank you.

Had a great variety for breakfast. Very nice that they have a pool, Jacuzzi and workout room even though I did not use these amenities

Didn't like the shower curtain, it didn't want to stay in place and some water got out on the floor

I was VERY impressed! The rooms were immaculate, the staff was very friendly. Traci Droll who worked the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate any needs we had , she was super friendly. She does amazing at her job. The breakfast attendant as well was very nice . The rooms were spotless , the towels smelled fresh and clean , the beds and the pillows were so comfortable. I could go on and on about how nice the hotel is . We will absolutely be coming back and recommending it to friends🤗

This hotel is new, very clean, and in a great location near shopping and major highways. Employees were very pleasant and very helpful. The back patio and outdoor furniture were a nice spot to relax and unwind, and a few yards away there were park benches beside a flowing river to add to the stress-reducing surroundings.

The shower in Room 122 could not be triggered on despite multiple attempts and no one was available to assist.
