Very very nice staff, exceptionally nice morning breakfast. The sausage gravy and biscuits was as a nice change.

The building smelled moldy/mildewed. I noticed a piece of the baseboard off in the hallway, and the moldy/mildew wall was exposed. The housekeeper came and just made our beds, took the dirty towels (that we actually stacked up for her at the bathroom door) Then never replaced them with fresh washcloths or towels.

Breakfast was great, with a lot of choices. The beds were so comfortable.

The handicap bathroom was a little odd. The sink was made to put a wheelchair under, but the shower was not made to be wheelchair accessible or easy to get into. My husband is not yet in a wheelchair so it was fine for us, but it seems like to be truly listed as handicapped, that it needs a walk-in shower. It would also have benefitted from a shower chair or bench in the main bathroom to make changing, dressing easier. Outlets on each side of the bed would have been helpful. I couldn't figure out the coffee pot, but that was probably just me!

The appliances in the room - fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice to have available The room service was good. The breakfast provided was good. I liked the 24-hour coffee and the lemon-water dispenser. The staff was friendly and quick to help The location was near to restaurants and amenities.

The toilet seat was loose and uncomfortable to use. However when I reported it to the cleaning staff a person came right away and tightened it. I also mentioned that the water had an odor, may be a sulfur smell but I was still able to use it for washing hands and bathing.

We experienced a noise problem with our neighbors above us and Tammy and the manager at the front desk worked hard to figure out how to move us. We greatly appreciated it and had a much better night's sleep. The pillows were great, too. Very comfortable bed in both rooms we were in! Nice breakfast selection as well, biscuits and gravy on the weekend. Who does that?! We walked across the bridge in to town and found some great little places for dinner and coffee.

Noisy neighbors.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Spacious and clean room. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast area was well supplied and was enough to get you going. Excellent coffee and plenty of it! Great area for freight train spotting! Literally outside your hotel window!!!

No dislikes! Everything met my expectations!

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the exhaust fan needs to be replaced. The plugs did not work by the beds.

The location was good except for the train running constantly. The neighbors were extremely loud. People partying in the back right by our room.

The property is located across the street from a little park that has swings, jungle gym, and water to look out over.

I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but was a bit frustrated. The microwave knobs kept falling off. And was having trouble keeping then on!

It was fine. Nothing special to shout out about.

Room smelled like mildew. The lights and outlets by the bed didn’t work. The pool was closed. The fitness center was a joke. A bike and treadmill in a closet with no air conditioning. Pool was closed.

Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower, plenty of bathroom counter space (why is that so often lacking?)

The room was too warm, and had no room thermostat. The wall HVAC unit said it was 68 in the room, but it felt warmer than that. Breakfast was okay.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The location was great because we could easily walk to town.

I asked for a quiet room and we were given a room right next to the elevator on the side facing the train tracks. A train goes through every 15 minutes blaring their horn. Luckily, they were able to change our room to the other side.
