I arrived at night in December and this beautiful historic hotel was all lit up! They have a Tesla charging station and the Valet made sure my car was fully charged before I left. I had a very late dinner and early breakfast with room service and the staff and food were excellent. I enjoyed the many antique photographs that decked the walls. The town seems quaint with plenty to see and do. I only stayed one night because I was just passing through on a long road trip, but would like to stay again for a longer vacation with family.

The drains in my bathroom sink and tub were a bit slow, but everything was otherwise very clean.

The well kept grounds, the very nice pools and courteous staff, great places to enjoy the outdoors, opportunities to learn more about the history of the facility, the beautiful rooms with balconies and the many fun options and events available.

Did not see a restaurant that offered breakfast; unless we missed seeing it. Appears many are still learning about the history of the Bedford Inn and look forward to the museum being developed.

It's a beautiful location, weather didn't cooperate so we didn't get to explore more. The Spa was beautiful - very comfortable and not crowded and everyone respected the quiet policy. The scent used was wonderful too and not over powering

The spa service itself was okay - the forest treatment - I thought it would be a leg and foot massage turned out to be just a foot massage and an okay one at that. The food was delicious but too salty.

This is a classic old "grand hotel" that continues to be refurbished and upgraded. It has a very relaxed charm evoking eras of the past. The common areas are well appointed and relaxed with many overstuffed chairs and sofas' The guest rooms are furnished with furniture that appears to be of past times.

There are not enough casual food services. There are too few restaurants, and the bar areas do not have enough seating. The food selection is limited.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful. So much to see and do.

I wasn't told about the pet fee till check in. My dog wasn't allowed to be alone in the room and was only allowed outside but not in the pool area. This made it extremely difficult to stay with my dog and my daughter.

staff seemed not welcoming and overworked. we were overlooked it seemed. valet seemed bothered. and you can only valet and we had dinner reservations at 730 and at 8 pm table not ready but they were seating other parties of 2 like us that had reservations at 745. we had to check in twice.

Beautiful setting great restoration and interior design, very well appointed comfortable room, lots of nice sitting areas with vistas

very poor wine selection with a wine list that charges a 4 x cost for Decoy Sauvignon Blanc by bottle or per glass cost > 1 bottle. Food and service were good but very high prices especially for breakfast

Great amenities. We were looking for golf, spa and good food.

We loved the history and the pictures throughout. We loved our 7+ mile hike, golf and spa. We were there for the first time and placed in the last building almost in the last room. Had wed known we would have requested a closer room. We didn’t care for the dirty dishes and laundry left in the hall all day. We understood the staff was light and hard to come by but a better plan for taking care of floor by floor or building g by building so guests didn’t have to see this all day.

Beautiful facility. Employees were wonderful, especially Robert and Hannah. The gals at the pool were awesome as well.

Need hand holds in bathroom shower area. Safety issue for those with bad knees!!

Beautiful location in the valley. Spa room was comfortable, tho not remarkable. Good selection at breakfast and lovely wait staff. Had dinner in Crystal Dining. The lamb chops were the best I’ve tasted for along time enhanced with the truffle demi. Emily was a great waitress. My husband enjoyed the golf course and staff, though only played 9 holes due to the rain. The Wentworth wooden puzzles in the lounge were fun and challenging.

When we arrived the balcony was dirty plus bird droppings. However, asked the front desk about cleaning and 2 very efficient lads did a thorough job of cleaning. Turn down service was rather strange on our last night. One towel plus shampoo were replenished and trash emptied. However, the curtains were not drawn nor the bed turned down!
