Oh..breakfast room cheerful, clean, and rmy breakfast oatmeal with the raisins, almonds, brown sugar, yum! scrambled eggs, red potatoes were delicious 😋 and hot. I saw a lady worker wiping counter & man coming out of kitchen with the hot potatoes. I commented how clean the area was & my food is so good! My boyfriend liked his eggs breakfast as well. I asked their names... are Pat & Scott. Nice people who I think take pride in their profession. Good coffee too! We had a snall cinnamon Danish that was just the right size. All started our day off right. Thank You Pat & Scott.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Dee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious . The breakfast was an added bonus . The variety of food was fantastic. The food area was kept clean and well stocked . The hotel was very quiet and had ample parking . We booked a train ride and the hotel was very close to the train ride.

We loved the overall amazing experience at The Hampton Inn Cumberland! I have an extreme case of OCD! This hotel was immaculate!! I truly appreciate how they implement their cleaning and safety policies! I was extremely impressed with their amazing staff !! The customer service that my family and I received was 10 Stars 🌟 Rating!! I highly recommend staying here! We can't wait to return here!

My only issue is the pool was extremely small! The pictures on the website shows the pool was huge! Less than 10 people could be comfortable in the pool at once.

I liked the night light in the bathroom, the pull out shelves in the bathroom vanity plus the shelf above the sink and having three bathrobe/towel hooks plus a nonslip bathtub mat. The room had ample USB/AC outlets. In addition to microwave and refrigerator, a door revealed three wire pullout shelves. The desk had good working space with nice wide chair. The room also had two roll about ottomans. Our two queen room had ample space for all this plus our luggage. We stayed two additional days because of a snow storm. The whole staff could have not been nicer.

The weather. I can't think of anything the Hampton facility could have had or the staff could have done to make our stay better.

This hotel always meets the best standards; staff are friendly, room and common areas are super clean and welll maintained, and breakfast is great.

The only thing not good this time had nothing to do with the hotel but someone parked a huge moving truck out front (not in unloading zone) where we usually drive around to the other side if the building which was a small inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel, so clean, comfortable. We used the gym, it was so nice! Even had a Peloton bike which I've always wanted to try! The breakfast was wonderful and the area was so clean. Will definitely stay there next time we are traveling through Cumberland!

Nothing! It was all perfect!

The location was quiet & peaceful. The beds were like clouds & the room was perfect. Because of synthetic joints I have issues getting up & down as well as walking here & there. I booked a mobility capable room. The shower/bath bars as well as the toilet bars were perfectly amazing. The staff were amazing, warm & friendly. Dee was extremely helpful upon or arrival offing us a map with numbers & info letting us know the hotel is Doordash compatible if we would like to stay in. This hotel was EXTREMELY AMAZING!!! Will stay again next time in Maryland ♡

Bigger pots of coffee & bigger coffee cups for courtesy & Breakfast. Went to grab coffee at breakfast before we left, the cups are small & the dark roast had very little left in it. That was the only disappointment of our stay.

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. It would be nice if they offered more things with now added sugar, e.g., breakfast cereals. And heartier breads without sugar.

We chose this hotel for it's close proximity to the Western Maryland Railroad. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

Seemed brand new, had a pool breakfast area. The rooms were very clean! Staff was helpful to get us in a room next to our cousins. We booked on booking.com but the hotel did not have any evidence of our reservation- the front desk employee was super kind and got it figured out.

We could hear the people above us when they walked around, but thats not really the hotels fault! Just something to mention if you have babies.
