The location was great to go to stores where we could walk. We loved the patio where we could hang out in the evening hours. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were very spacious.

Breakfast was not kept full with hot food. We had bagels, muffins and coffee and people were all complaining about NO hot food to eat. And very little of everything else too. When asked about it after searching for a staff member, the staff told us food was frozen.No apologies. We actually went out to breakfast the following morning. Very disappointed.

The king suite was very large and spacious with plenty of amenities and places to store luggage.The facility wasn't silent but was quiet enough to relax and fall asleep easily. Pool was large enough to exercise in. The bed was very comfortable and very clean, and the room had messages about the person who cleaned the room and how housekeeping services were available by request.The breakfast that was included was quite good with fewer protein options than sweets but was quite extensive with attentive service. It was a good stay

Only gripe is that the woman who checked us in was slightly impatient, and seemed to have more important matters to attend to which may have well been true but this wasn't an issue. There was a used k-cup in the closed coffee maker on the room but these almost don't seem to be justified as "gripes"

Check in and check out processes were quick and efficient. They were training a new desk person when we arrived and even she did a great job. We were able to get a late check out very easily. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, so was the coffee.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The sofa had two dirty spot on it, looked like sunscreen. The wall behind the nightstand looked like coffee had splattered on it. The tray the coffee machine was on, was filthy. In defense of the hotel, I did not complain to them and give them a chance to fix it. I was tired from driving.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Even after a bit of miss communication when I reserved the rooms the front desk girl Shevel made it work. Without that little extra effort my vacation would have been a bust. Thanks!

Nothing to complain about at all.

Room was very spacious. Showers were very nice. Comfortable beds. Main lounge was nice. Thought the suite shop was a good idea.

Housekeeper should come in every morning just to at least empty garbage, restock toilet paper and give clean towels. Breakfast was poor food was cold.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, yummy breakfast! Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Overall we had an excellent trip

A bit out of the way from where we were heading (Moraine State Park) but not too bad.

It was in a good location. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly.

The only thing that we didn’t like is that our key cards kept not working. We kept laughing to go to the front desk to get them fixed.

The pool was nice, but the best part was the breakfast. Nicest hotel free breakfast.

The carpet in the halls were very dirty.

It was very comfortable. staff was very hospitable especially in the morning. everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

i didn’t like the breakfast that much. the pancake machine wasn’t working and some of the hot food was cold. not a lot of variety. but it was ok.
