Bed was freshly made. Very comfortable and plenty of blankets and pillow

There were lots and lots of little tiny ants all over the floor. Not just in one spot. They were everywhere. I almost had to ask for another room. It was late when I checked in though so I didnt know if anything would be available plus I was really really tired. Floor was also filthy!! Needed to be mopped badly. My socks were black after walking around in there with no shoes on.

The room was very clean - smelled like it was freshly sanitized soon as we walked in the door! The entire hotel was very clean: interior, exterior - everywhere! The daily continental breakfast was definitely a nice touch; the staff was very courteous, also; it was a very good atmosphere in the entire facility!

We came downstairs for breakfast around 8:30 a.m.: the scrambled eggs & orange juice were out - that's ok, but the dining room attendant said they were out; I'm pretty sure the hotel can afford more (along with other types of juices, e.g. apple, grape). We were going to complain to management, but kept cool; however, someone besides us must've complained, because for the next 2 mornings of our stay, the dining room attendant was well on top of things when items ran out - nothing wrong with quickly correcting a deficiency!!

The staff was kind and accommodating. The rooms were newly renovated. Clean. Quiet.

There were some forgotten areas of cleaning - microwave, behind the bathroom door.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfy

The continental breakfast was pre packaged items but I blame covid not the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

The refrigerator leaked water and didn’t keep my food cold

Comfort Inn Philadelphia Int Airport West is a very important and monumental Life changing experience that was and currently will be the best part in relocating my Future with my Family. I liked the comfort of the room, the quietness of the rooms. The front desk lady was nice and quick to kick out some idiot that came in the hotel while smoking weed.

The condition of the hallways wasn't clean, paint peeling and damaged doors but it didn't really bother me because I wasn't sleeping in the hallway.

The air, the TV, the pillows, the view, the cleaning person was kind, the front desk staff were all helpful.

The shower floor could be cleaned better and the floor could have been swept or vacuumed before hand. And the blow dryer did not work at all! The hotel itself was exceptional but booking.com online was a mistake, cause they couldnt find my reservation in the system at all.

room size is okay for two persons stay, clean, quiet, good area.

the front door of entrance handle needs to get fix if possible. It just bother some and that's is the first impression to see when entering the lobby, shower floor is so slippery when wet, just be extra careful, put a towel on the floor while showering.
