My husband and I have stayed at this facility so many times because it us convenient to stay and attend tge Union Soccer matches. From the first time we stayed...probably aboutv8 years ago now until yesterday..this place is ALWAYS fantastic. Ria on the front desk is always kind and professional. She is a real joy and one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The shuttle driver who was new in April is also a joy. He is so professional yet so much fun to share stories with. I love this hotel because it is nice and clean but mostly because of the people.

Not a thing!!

I was stranded at the airport and needed a more comfortable place to stay. This hotel was close to the airport, and they provided pick up and return transportation at no charge. The room was a comfortable, no frills stay. I had to return to the airport before breakfast, but there were a few grab-and-go items to take with me.

The room layout did not make sense, such as separate rooms for shower and toilet, and the desk had the light at your back so the desk itself was in shadow.

Easy to find, size and cleanliness of the room, liked that the shower was separate from the toilet, needs were comfortable, adequate space to be comfortable with a family of five.

When booking, the website said that parking was free but at the hotel was informed it was $10/day. The breakfast was good but wish there was more variety with the hot items (scrambled eggs and sausage both days, DIY waffles only one of the mornings). The shower drain was clogged and ended up standing in shin-deep water and it took quite awhile (15+ minutes) to drain after shower.

I like that our suite had the toilet in a separate room from from the tub/shower. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. There's a usb port next to the bed.

There was no bar soap with which to wash our hands. It seemed the sheets and pillow cases might not have been fresh. Both beds were made, but one bed had smooth sheets and pillowcases, but the other bed's bottom sheet was wrinkly and the pillows seemed dented as if they were not changed. The breakfast bar was remarkably sparse.

This is always a nice place to stay. There is always friendly staff available to help you with anything you might need, the rooms are clean and complimentary breakfast is always nice too.

The only bad thing I can say about this place this time around was that one of the elevators just happened to be out of order so we had to wait alittle longer than usual to gain access without it being too crowded.

Welcoming Staff, Lobby smelled wonderful rooms as well. You go to some Hotels they smell like smoke. Hotel staff was very friendly and polite. We didn’t want to leave. We just got Married, it was nice n convenient. But We had to get back to the real world. THANK YOU, We are definitely coming back. Appreciate it .

From the moment me and my spouse walked in at 9 PM we were greeted very nicely. We went up to our room, very spacious, very clean, and the hotel seem very nice.

Me and my spouse were very disappointed that the pool was not working. We should have been informed through a email or phone call that the pool was not working. It was one of the main reason I chose this hotel.

The location was very convenient, very close to the airport and close to places to eat. I arrived earlier than expected becuse of flight cancelations I had to take an earlier flight and the staff was exceptional I was greeted by Jen at the front desk she was super amazing, very professional, one of the best hotel representatives I have had the pleasure of being assisted by. The shuttle drivers Andrea was very friendly, great attitude. Amazing experience upon arrival.. speaking of consistency in the afternoon after shift change I was greeted by front desk representative Winter and she was awesome answer all my questions I had about places in the area and gave directions, she had a very pleasant attitude. Tara the shuttle driver was also very friendly and attentive.The facility was very clean, I loved the room it was excellent. I used the gym and they had everything you needed to make the stay comfortable..

There was nothing I disliked. Everything was exceptional .

The location is very close to the Philadelphia Airport. There was an airport shuttle that came to the hotel every 30 minutes. Very helpful staff from check-in, breakfast, and check out.

There were 2 elevators, and only 1 elevator was working.

Location for us was great along with other activities we had planned .We’ve been here before !

Breakfast could have been better , I’m used to the standards, but we couldn’t even get butter or cream cheese that morning and a lot of other usual things they have .
