The location to the Phillies & Eagles stadium is convenient. Takes about 20 minutes without traffic. Nice place to stay to sleep. Tip: Turn to enter the Hotel Parking lot at the Red Roof Inn. That tip I found in older reviews and it was extremely helpful. AC Worked Well, Shower Was Warm, Mini Fridge Worked, Television worked, Breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We will stay again if we travel to the area.

*Had a mild basement or cellar smell to the room when we first entered *Front of Hotel Elevator was broken during checkout, Rear Hotel Elevator had an arkward smell and didn't have a safe feeling to it. *Need a 2nd Waffle Iron for Breakfast line was a 20-minute wait. *Water pressure is not horrible but also not great.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable compared to most hotel beds. I loved how large and spacious the shower was. There was a nice variety of toiletries in the bathroom which is better than most hotels I've stayed at.

The only thing I wish was that there were extra blankets in the closet/dresser to be able to use. I am the type of person who loves having extra blankets on the bed. I'm sure I could have requested this ahead of time, but it would have been nice to have a thicker blanket/comforter in the closet to put on top of the duvet. The tv was a little small for a king room but it did serve its purpose.

As always, my stay was very enjoyable once my reservation was accepted. Z, working at the front desk is always pleasant and professional and will be greatly missed.

At check-in, the new front desk worker, initially refused to allow me check in early and asked for $40! I showed her my reservation, which clearly stated early check-in and asked to speak to the manager. She made a very rude comment and I had to get other staff members to assist me. Eventually the manager allowed me to check-in and during the next shift, Z addressed each issue professionally and satisfactorily

Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were average size. Plenty of outlets around the bed, room and nightstand. A mini fridge and microwave are also in the room. Besides some minor cosmetic stuff here and there, it was a great stay and would definitely stay again. They have a convenient little station like store to buy some food, drinks and snacks. They have a morning breakfast for free but didn't wake up in time for it. They also provide free airport shuttle every 30 minutes and late check out if requested. The area at 1st sight may look a little shady but my whole time there with my daughter we seen an armed plain clothes officer patrolling the grounds and area and never once felt unsafe as 2 women alone.

Maybe some air freshener in the hallways or different carpets as they smell really bad and definitely cameras in the hallways, not cause of anything bad but just to add a layer of security for people. And extend breakfast hours at least til 10am for late sleepers. Other than that everything was great

The hotel was not fancy, but the price was reasonable, the beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, room was on first floor not far from the desk (I have a very bad knee). The location worked well for us for attending a concert at Citizens Bank Park and getting out early the next morning.

We were confused by the signage about breakfast. One sign said No Breakfast, yet breakfast items were available. That was actually a positive.

We were allowed to check in a little earlier that usual. The reception staff was great. The driver from the shuttle was really nice (the one from the day we arrived).

There was a dead roach in the restroom. Breakfast was included, but they picked up the breakfast items before the break time was up. They had rented the conference room for a nail class and the whole hotel first floor smelled like a nail salon (My nose was super sensitive so the smell made me a little sick.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows too. i saw many negative or not so positive reviews...so i had my doubts when i came...but it was a game night and i came last minute, it was the best value i found near the airport for an overnight stay. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was nothing like the negative reviews I had read. I had a quiet, comfortable , restful overnight stay. I for one was happy with my stay. Cable TV package was excellent also, for a hotel especially. Lamps and alarm clock had USB and power connections- nice touch

The TV was a bit dated and small for the size of the room, but channel package was great, For some strange reason the doors to the rooms have what seemed like a one inch gap or more under them.......I noticed it on all the doors for rooms near mine on my floor....It meant it was easier for sound to pass into the room from the hallway, and light to shine underneath the door too. Luckily my floor was very quiet, and not much activity in the hallway. Once I was near the bathroom and it was easy to hear someone walk by in the hallway. Maybe an investment in some thresholds or sound strips along the bottom of the doors could help. It was strange to see such a large gap.....

The hotel is nicely located and is one of the only hotels in the area that offers free parking. The room has everything you need and the beds were comfortable. In particular, the room was very clean. The room was very quiet, despite the fact that the hotel location is at the landing approach area of the Philadelphia airport.

The staff. From the check-in to check-out the staff were very rude and acting odd. Especially on check-out day the front desk person failed to get information from the night personnel about my 30 min late checkout (12:30 instead of 12:00) and hang up the phone while I was talking to her. I think hotels should not frget that they are doing hospitality business and they are dealing with people visiting from other places, where people might get sick from the food, have had troubles in sleeping etc. that might lead to different circumstances.

9 - breakfast (eggs, sausage, cereals, juices, waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruit). 8 - staff were friendly, somewhat helpful. Sean is an awesome employee. Is nice to all and does many things well. 8 - room has nice size, quiet, comfortable, good TV, soft beds. 8 - room rate was fair.

7 - Location not ideal, but AA was putting us up for missed connection so unconcerned about location.

Breakfast- Not able to have it…Had to leave early for airport. Think they could have packaged muffin/buns, fresh fruit available to go.

Bed Very high! For someone 5’3”, needed to jump up to get onto mattress. Pillows were like rocks. 2towels, 1hand towel & washcloth for 2 people. Microwave, mirrors all smeary….needed good cleaning. No TV channel guide. Shuttle driver was surly….not personable.
