“Red Roof hotel is the best place, guys Lelo, Ali, Mohamed, Nina, Ahmad are very good professionals. Take care for me with clean and nice room, competitive price. All lower 5-stars rates are not actually fair, and receptions of hotels near the Red Roof (like Clarion or others) not friendly and sincere like Lelo, Ali and others. Also, their driver Mike is very honest and safe driver, with excellent clean car, customer service skills.👍🏼

Staff was friendly. Just the front manager was rude. He don’t know how to talk to his customers

Manager was rude. He was asking for $100 payments fees when u booked through the app they don’t ask u for any payment

I had arrived earlier Saturday evening and checked in quickly. Check out was easy and the $50 cash deposit was handed back with no issues. I was in town visiting friends and will be returning soon. Thank you all so much!

Bath tub needed a good cleaning. Toilet kept running, and shower soap to tiny. You should bring your own soap. Nosey neighbors. Overpriced experience ($130+). I tipped the room staff $20. He was happy and I knew tips was rare in this hotel. Total for one night stay, $150+. The road sign advertised $89 rooms. Received better for same price at hotels from your app. Thank you

The prices will the bowl check and takes a little longer than usual. Other than the desk and the cheer being worn out it was a good day

Housekeeping is very unprofessional & rude, they only issue one wash cloth for two guess. And the room only had a half of roll of toilet paper. And it’s like you pulling teeth to get a full roll.

The room in general was fantastic. Beds were extremely comfortable plus refrigerator came into handy. Denny's right next door for breakfast and dinner.

Needed some more electrical outlets. Only one available for a laptop or any other devices. Housekeeping was short staffed. What else is new these days?

Clean and cool room, Tv had a couple more channels than a lot of other places.
